From here you can explore Hamburg on foot, the public transport is also all directly accessible. Large couch, cozy bed, 48"inch TV, great kitchen, it's all there for you. Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view.
