Elegant Brooklyn style loft in the heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

Pretty little duplex apartment

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

With the best location, just one minute via Hamburg's Elbchausse to the Elbe, 10 minutes by rental scooter or rental moped (right outside the door) to the creative district of Ottensen and 20 minutes to Hamburg's city.

We spent a very nice extended weekend here with the whole family. A very nice modern furnished apartment with everything you need. The subway station is a 5-minute walk away. A shopping facility is right next door. Next to the apartment is a railway line, which, however, is not disturbing at night, whether with open and closed windows. Everything was clean and we enjoyed it very much.

Great location between St. Pauli and Sternschanze, Feldstraße and St. Pauli stops also very quick to reach and thus super connected. Very helpful and attentive hosts. Very modern, beautiful and cozy accommodation that I will gladly consider again.

Bright apartment in the perfect location

The apartment is very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location is good and everything was easily accessible for us on foot or by bus. The brother Julius welcomed us in a very friendly way despite our late arrival and gave us tips about the surroundings. Parking was not a problem thanks to the visitor parking pass. We felt very comfortable and had a lovely stay.🙂
