Elegant Brooklyn-Style-Loft in the Heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

The retreat is located next to the Altona-Altstadt pedestrian zone in the gray house with the blue door between "Klippkroog" and a SHISHA BAR! They are sometimes loud! The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, and the city center can be reached in 12 minutes by S-Bahn. Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Stay in the merchant villa built in 1885 and renovated in 2020 in a traffic-calmed residential street. Old building charm with modern hotel-like furnishings, improved sound insulation and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance there are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular trendy district of Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

Jürgensallee – 2nd floor

The flat is located in the beautiful district of Nienstedten with a nice view into the park, 150m from the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station. From there you can go directly to Altona station (8 min), to the city centre (20 min) and to the airport (45 min). Cars can usually be parked within walking distance of the house. Many parks (Jenischpark, Westerpark, Botanical Garden, etc.) and the Elbe River are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are easily accessible.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Beautiful mini loft, very high-quality furnishings, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks site, with its beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the nullviernull Tonproduktion, which converted an old bunker complex into 11 beautiful offices and mini-lofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.
