A house that exceeded our expectations. I traveled with my family and the truth is that we were delighted with the house. It's much bigger than it looks in the photos, super comfortable, with spacious and well thought out spaces for large groups. The location is the best: a few blocks from the Yanahuara viewpoint and close to great restaurants. We walked almost the entire time. The house has a warm atmosphere, everything is very clean and well kept. You can tell it's meant to make you feel comfortable. We felt right at home since we arrived. Definitely one of the best stays we've ever had as a family. I highly recommend it, especially if you're going as a group.

I had a great experience in Elizabeth's apartment. The space is spacious, very clean, tidy and conveys a sense of security and tranquility that is appreciated. The location is accessible and easy to find, which made everything even more comfortable. You can certainly see the care and dedication with which she and her husband welcome their guests. They are friendly and helpful hosts, which makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. I recommend this place with total confidence and I will definitely come back on a future visit. I made the reservation for my mother's stay with some friends (all of them older adults). Optimal and courteous communication was maintained for arrival at the location with clear directions. Regarding the environment, it was quite spacious and clean, according to the specifications detailed in the description. The location is quite close to the Plaza de Armas, which makes it easy to get around. Very grateful for the attention received and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this Airbnb located just 5 blocks from the Plaza de Armas in Arequipa, starting on Sucre Street, in a very convenient area to walk around the historic center. We especially want to highlight the attention of the hosts, Victor and Rosalia, who were very kind, helpful and attentive at all times. They were always ready to help us with any questions, concerns or needs that arose during our stay. We sincerely appreciate your warmth and hospitality!

Great stay! The apartment is really fun and unique. Beautiful view of Misti! Quiet neighborhood next to a park. Right next to UNSA’s campus, which was perfect for our needs. WIFI worked really well. Yesica was very communicative and kind.

I had an incredible stay at this apartment. The room is small and a bit far from the center, but the room was comfortable and had great value. I would 100% recommend to a couple or single person in Arequipa.

The apartment is very nice: big, cosy and clean. I have stayed in quite a few airbnbs but this might be my favourite. Jose was an amazing host! Very kind and ready to help. From giving us restaurant and activity tips to letting us store our luggage. Would definitely recommend & come back!

I loved staying at Roos place. it was clearm, comfortable and located in the best location. she was very communicative and the check in process was super smooth. anytime I needed something she was very helpful and responsive. I very much recommend staying here! Just make sure you understand the kitchen is shared with other apartments.

The apartment was very nice, everything in perfect condition, it had a TV in all the rooms, hot water, filter, elevator access, in general the apartment and equipment 10 out of 10, and Mr. Percy was very kind, he allowed us to leave our things very early in his apartment and he took them to the apartment where we stayed, he gave us clear instructions, he gave us recommendations for the city and he was always very attentive to any questions, my family and I felt at home, I hope to return soon and stay in his apartment again.

This is an excellent BNB. It is very spacious, uncluttered and comfortable. The wi-fi is excellent. The location is great, just down the street from the short bridge that leads to the Playa de Armas. There was hot water for great showers and a combo washer/dryer unit that was easy to figure out and that worked really well. There's alot to see in and out of Arquipa.

Recommended place and close to the center of Arequipa, it feels like home and everything is very tidy!

10/10 stay. The view is amazing. Day and night. Short walk into town or $1.50 ubers. Much quieter and peaceful and very cozy apartment. Good water pressure. Laundry machine was helpful. So many cute cats outside of building. Would stay here again

Best place to stay when visiting Arequipa. It’s located right off the main strip which has tons of food and shopping. The place is quite and clean and the host is great! I always stay here when I’m visiting!

We stayed here for 10 days and the apartment was great 👍 the hosts were really responsive and helpful, helping us to book the gym and sauna and giving recommendations for visiting the colca canyon. During the day it's easy to walk into the center of Arequipa from the apartment and takes about 25 minutes. There are also places to eat and shop nearby. Thanks!
