It was the same as in the photos, very nice and clean, the balcony was spacious, the location a few blocks from the square, ideal for walking at night in the area and being able to get to sleep peacefully away from the noise and very safe.

Roby was very attentive and the place was very nice, I felt right at home. Recommended!

Clean place and in a good neighborhood. The host however waited till after the check in to send us the instructions for check in/checkout. Great place but hosts’ check in and checkout list is a bit too lengthy- maybe it would be ideal to send it to the users prior to check in so we have time to read it. Pictures and descriptions of the place are great and very realistic, the host is nice and welcoming.

The accommodation was as described and much more. It was an excellent experience and I am very grateful to Claudia for her kindness.

Juliana was an amazing host. She was welcoming, accommodating, and polite. She gave us many tips on what to see, where to visit and places to eat. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well located. It was spacious and comfortably fit our family of five. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I had an incredible stay at this apartment. The room is small and a bit far from the center, but the room was comfortable and had great value. I would 100% recommend to a couple or single person in Arequipa.

Organize the place for my parents and siblings to stay, the place is very comfortable and with the necessary, close to the mall and the Yanahuara arch, the communication with Monica was good and very friendly, however I consider communication with her other partner should be improved since both my parents and I who made the contact we felt that she was a little rigid with the issue of the Airbnb so much so that she could not even give us some trust recommendation regarding the taxi, she did not communicate days before our arrival and when we arrived it was delayed in being able to respond knowing the time we would be, outside of that small inconvenience on our part, the place was very good and the attention with Monica according to what I lived with my family was very good, I recommend the apartment 👍

Our stay was good. The location was perfect as it was close to the places we needed to go, just 10 minutes from everything. Our host was very friendly and always attentive. He responded super fast and helped us with check-in and check-out.

This was an amazing place to stay, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative. One of the bedrooms had a stunning view of Volcán Misti, especially beautiful at sunset, while the others also offered great views of the surrounding mountains. I stayed here with my family, and the home had everything we needed. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a relaxing stay. It was easy to catch a taxi just outside, or we could walk about five minutes to the main road. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, the hosts responded quickly and kindly accommodated us for an extra night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I had a great stay! The apartment is absolutely new, safe, and very comfortable. Hot water with good pressure, fast and stable Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen made everything super convenient. I especially appreciated the cleaning products — they’re often missing in longer stays, and it was great not to worry about buying full-size supplies for just a little use. The only small thing missing was a hair dryer, which would’ve made it even better, but overall, everything was excellent. Would definitely stay again!
