Escape to the heart of the Ricote Valley: Charming House in Blanca Enjoy the tranquility of the Murcian countryside in this cozy house located in the picturesque neighborhood of El Alto Palomo, with spectacular views of the Segura River and the charming village of Blanca. The surroundings are a natural paradise: lemon and orange groves, hiking trails for all levels, and a river perfect for activities such as fishing, swimming, canoeing, or rafting.

Luxurious villa with pool (with sliding cover) and barbecue, just ten minutes from downtown Murcia (the tram stop is two hundred meters from the house). Enjoy its beautiful garden, sun loungers, mini-golf and French pool table. The soccer, tennis and paddle tennis court can be rented by the hour at an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area, but no loud music or large crowds of people (maximum 15 people).

The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
