House vacation rentals in Alto Mijares

We spent a few days with friends and felt right at home. The house was very clean and tidy, had plenty of kitchen utensils and an outside barbecue with option to make paella. Beds are very comfortable, and the terrace is spectacular. There are many paths to walk without traffic and a park for the children very close by. Thierry was attentive and available at all times. Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

Excellent house, absolutely clean and very modern, we felt right at home. A bathroom for each room, kitchen had everything you need. Cozy terrace with BBQ, we thought it was great. Our hostess Ivone was always available and took care of everything directly. So if we ever come back to Alcossebre, it will only be in this house. It was the best vacation home we've ever been to. Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a lovely property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

A stunning home in a spectacular location to unwind and unwind, the views of the sea and the mountain do not disappoint and leave some amazing sunrises and sunsets. The house is prepared with everything necessary for a perfect getaway. It has a living room with a large TV with various movie platforms, private pool ( a conditioned and perfectly manicured antique raft). Very important that our four-legged companion is welcomed in the house ( Petfriendly). The house is quite self-sustainable (solar panel light ready to consume little water) Laura, the hostess, is a charm, very attentive in showing us the house and welcoming you with great sympathy, they make you feel at home.

Don’t sleep on this rental! Doesn’t look like much from the street but inside is a totally new and very lovely 3br/2ba. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were modern and pristine, and the space is clean and calming. Patio with pool out back is a delightful extra.

The stay at Espe's was very pleasant, very attentive from the beginning of the reservation. Always recommended.

Everything was lovely! Oscar was super helpful and responsive. The home was clean and quiet and near everything.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

Cute, artsy and comfy flat close to amenities. It was perfect to explore Valencia.

Kitty’s place was very well fitted out and we particularly loved the loft bedroom and rooftop terrace which for practical purposes with drying washing (we are on the road 100 days) worked well for us. The premises are a short 10 min walk to the beach and fab bars and eating establishments - also just 5-7 min walk to tram and bus - definitely ticks all the boxes and would stay again. If you enjoy quiet and a good nights sleep and the convenience of proximity - this is a good choice ❤️

very good apartment, perfect location, lots of small restaurants nearby, the city center is within walking distance. the apartment is great, it's a little hot in the bedroom but otherwise everything is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay in Pensacola! The apartment was perfect for our family of four—clean, quiet, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the old city, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the beach. The host provided everything we needed, and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet week, 3 minutes from the beach on foot. The house is large, it has very well distributed air conditioning, the pool area is very good and there is a garden area that is great for the pet. We will definitely repeat.

Very nice accommodation, comfortable, air-conditioned with a small inner courtyard super nice, consistent with the photos. Quiet environment, close to the sea. Estefania is available to give good advice. The mom is very nice and welcomed us as soon as we arrived. To discover!!!

We have been here for 8 weeks, a "workation". Lovely to work without having a (social) agenda, which gives you all the time to yourself. The house is perfect, a lovely roof terrace for relaxing, restaurants and cafes within almost crawling distance. But the beach can also be reached in more than 10 minutes. The station is 5 minutes away, from there within 1.5 hours in the center of Valencia. Unfortunately, we also got to know "Dana", the most violent ever. with southern Valencia in the center. The house itself was perfectly fine. Finally, Gonzalo, the owner, rarely receive such quick responses for those few questions we've had. So the contact with him went quickly and completely well.

I stayed in the apartment for a little over 3 weeks in Chulilla. Conveniently located, had all the amentities I needed. Roberto was a helpful host.

We have been 7 people now at the end of May, and everything has been as described and as I have seen that they provide comments from other people. A good stay, huge rooms, good communication with the host. A clean, cozy and spacious place in a really quiet place. Several of us in the group commented that we had slept very well.
