Monthly Rentals in Alto Malcantone

We had the most wonderful stay with Alessandra! She went above and beyond in every possible way — from guiding us through every little detail to even coming to pick us up from the station when she realized we would have to walk. The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need, down to the smallest touches that showed how much care she puts into hosting. Alessandra and her son Lenny were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. We’re so grateful for the experience and would return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful, quiet and easily accessible place as a stopover to Italy (but also definitely nice to stay longer with all the tips that are in the book with instructions). Clean and newly furnished apartment with a separate parking space with a gate around it. Elena is a good hostess who responds very quickly and from whom you will receive clear messages before, during, and after your stay. She has thought of everything, such as: coffee cups, tea, water (flat and sparkling), toast, jam, nutella and biscuits. Highly recommended.

The place was very cozy and practically furnished. The location was very good for us: close to the train station for excursions, within walking distance to the old town and lake with swimming facilities, with shopping nearby. The pool in the settlement was very clean and the children especially liked it. Thanks a lot, we'll be happy to come back!

We spent a full week at La Rungia with Sandro and Lisa. The stay was wonderful and met our utmost expectations. The cottage is furnished with love and you immediately feel at home. The furnishings are well equipped and nothing is missing and the cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. A highlight is of course the hot tub ,which is available for private use. The bus stop can only be reached in a few meters and you are in Lugano in a short time and can do a lot from there. I want to mention the communication with Sandro and Lisa, just great. We will be happy to come back soon.
