It consists of a ground floor with a garden, porch, kitchen-dining room open to the living room, and a small toilet. Upstairs there is a large bathroom with shower, and 3 beautiful bedrooms, one of which leads to the farmhouse, but the main access is through the ground floor. It has a 100-meter garden for private use where you can eat surrounded by nature.

It is a pretty 96 m2 architect-designed semi-detached house with a private heated pool (the pool is part of the house) that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, it is located in a private cul-de-sac in the Acotz district, away from traffic noise. Beaches are within walking distance (15 min walk). You can get to downtown Saint-Jean-de-Luz by the coastal road (15 min by bike or 50 min walk) or take the bus stop 100 m from the house.
