Our stay at José's was a complete success! The place was beautiful and the view of the horse meadow simply fantastic. We especially liked the lovingly prepared breakfast basket in the morning – a great gesture! Helping to feed the animals was also a real highlight, especially for nature lovers. The opportunity to take small hikes over horse and cow meadows made our stay perfect. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back if we are in the area!

Small friendly studio just lacks a little clarity but otherwise the location is very good for visiting all the cities around and the best is this large pool that allows you to cool off in the evening because it is a region where it can be very hot. There is a sunset from this property that is just beautiful!!! Thank you so much, Tina!!!

The house is a dream! It has everything you need! The surrounding land and the views are incredible... Not to mention that it has tradition and very attentive details! Waking up to the sound of birds and flocks of sheep is out of this world! The space outside is also very well maintained and is nice to be with family or friends!

We had a lovely time at Susanne and Michael’s place. It is beautifully decorated with a pretty garden and pool - the location is excellent for seeing the town or walking in the countryside. Communication and check in were very easy.

François’ place was super relaxing and very comfortable. It was well situated for exploring Lisbon and surrounding area by car and only 20 minutes from the beach. It’s just like the pictures and he is a very responsive and helpful host. I strongly recommend as one of the best places I’ve stayed.

Very nice place for a family or friends to spend a good time, especially with the heat, the AC was a great amenity that we have in the whole house. We recommend staying.

Rosaria is an adorable, recently renovated place in the montains near Leiria, surrounded by the nature, very peaceful and beautiful. The property is pet-friendly and exactly as described. Steve and Sarah are amazing hosts, and they made us feel very welcome. We couldn’t be happier for choosing their place to spend a few days in the countryside. I recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the city.

Quiet village next to Alqueva, perfect for two hot days in early June. The house is huge and beautiful to die for... We loved the sunset in the courtyard, and the sky constantly being torn apart by swallows, storks and peacocks... Perfect for recharging batteries, I knew it. Thank you!

We had a great experience during our stay. A very quiet space (we only had the company of goats and sheep☺️), our dog walked freely and we followed Daniel's suggestion to go to the beautiful stream near the house. I must mention that Daniel was very friendly and helpful during our stay. In short, I highly recommend it for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. A place to return to ☺️

Beautiful space, surrounded by nature, rustic cottage in great condition, very friendly and always helpful hosts, made us feel at home. I couldn't fail to mention the friendly Nougat, the friendly farm dog, and the donkey Serafim. Very quiet place, allows you to relax. I highly recommend it.

It was our best experience with Airbnb by far. Everything was just perfect: amazing views, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, powerful shower, comfortable bed. Falling asleep to the sound and smell of the sea felt like the best feeling in the world! The host was super responsive, helpful and provided great recommendations of things to do in the area. The house is perfectly located on the beautiful Serra D'Ossa with lots of things to do on the surroundings. The host was very friendly and responsive and the house has pristine.

This is a beautiful minimalist house in a stunning location. The house is isolated amongst the cork trees and feels very remote, though you are only 10 minutes from the nearest village. Monica was incredibly helpful and provided a wonderful guidebook. Our family of 5 were very happy here for 5 nights and enjoyed exploring Alentejo.

We consider this house to be on another level when it comes to the traditional Airbnb. You are essentially living in a private part of a palatial mountainside with amazing views of the forest , coastline and sunsets. The house is an ancient hermitage that is supremely well kept and the owners’ sophistication shines through. The gardens and terraces are absolutely beautiful and a joy to walk around with ponds, fountains and lovely forest pathways. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals. Beds are very comfortable and Mariana, the housekeeper, keeps the house spotless and the grounds are very well kept by the gardener. Cristina who owns the property is the most generous host who greeted us with a delicious homemade quiche and other provisions so we did not have to go shopping upon our arrival which was fantastic after a long journey. When visiting Sinatra, this home is such a privilege and will only enhance your stay!

We stayed in a super private space, perfect for resting and enjoying nature. The pool is fantastic and our 3-year-old daughter loved it — she had a blast! We arrived around 10 pm and, even so, Edite and her husband were waiting for us with all the sympathy. They even offered us something to eat if we needed it. We had a delicious fresh lemonade waiting for us and even honey berries, a treat we loved. We also had the opportunity to buy the honey that Edite produces and learn a little about the production process, which made the stay even more special. Edite and her husband are loving and extremely welcoming people. The space is great, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, ideal for those looking for peace and quiet. I highly recommend it! Sintra is a magical destination. So many people make it a day trip from Lisbon and, in so doing, miss out on the heart of this community. We were thrilled that Hugo and Laura provided this opportunity for us to more fully explore this amazing place. Their Casa das Rosas is exactly as described, very compact and usable. It takes a little getting used to the arrangement of floors with bedroom and shower on the top floor and bathroom and kitchen two floors below, but it works. Laura and Hugo are most gracious hosts and we received very clear instruction regarding parking, entry, use of space and departure. The welcome gifts were much appreciated as well. Great shower! Well equipped kitchen. We would recommend this place to anyone who is OK with climbing stairs.

Great accommodation in a quiet and pleasant area. The house is very welcoming, carefully decorated and equipped with everything it takes for a comfortable stay. On arrival the house was quite clean and organized. The terrace is perfect for relaxing, soaking up the sun and refreshing in the tank. Repeating, surely!
