Great place to stay in the Portugal countryside! Place was exactly as advertised in the pictures! Would 10/10 stay here again

We really enjoyed our two night stay at the house in Crato. Our host was very kind, proactive, supportive and helpful. He also spoke excellent English which made things very easy. The house itself is very charming...very old and newly renovated, with all of the facilities that we needed for our short stay. Crato is bigger than we expected and served as a good location to explore the area, including a trip to the lovely town of Portalegre. We recommend this house to others.

This should be the gold standard for airbnbs. Everything was well thought out, very well stocked with the essentials, nicely decorated, absolutely wonderful central location, close to restaurants, the castle, the fountain, and a beautiful town with winding narrow streets. This town is off the beaten path and it is absolutely awesome!

Spectacular and cozy house. We couldn't spend a lot of time in it because we were competing in the area and we were out all day but one of the nights we had a barbecue and dine on the porch and it was phenomenal. The house is very cozy and we had the fireplace on when we arrived. Exceptional cleanliness. Everything's perfect
