The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

The house was built in the shadow of the historic fortified church surrounded by streams. The residential building is centrally located and therefore a good starting point for activities! The apartment is on the first floor with access to the garden. The approximately 40 sqm apartment has two rooms, as well as a shower room. The apartment can be darkened using electric shutters.

As a visitor to our basement, you get up to 20% off a Tibetan healing massage treatment, which you will find in the same house.

You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area.
