1 king bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Separate living area with kitchenette. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Private entrance and HVAC controls. You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units. We were coming to Georgia to visit our son stationed nearby. Upon looking at many listings in the surrounding area, we chose this property for the outside amenities/fire pit and price per night. Upon arrival, check in was easy, instructions to location were very clear, property is in a good neighborhood that is quiet, and property is very clean and well-maintained. Although we were not able to use the outside amenities due to rain, our stay was very enjoyable. Grocery store and shops are not far away and very easy access to Pooler, airport, and Savanna. Host also had a binder with clear instructions on check-in and checkout procedures, as well as recommendations for eateries and attractions. During our stay, we had to contact host and host was very responsive. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Everything was as described. The home was spotless and you could tell the property was well taken care of. I think our favorite part of the stay had to be the duck's! They're a fun little wake up crew to walk out to in the mornings. My boys loved them. We enjoyed playing in the pool during the hot part of the day and in the evening we fished and played basketball. Hands down the best place we've stayed at over the past several years. The kids are already asking if we can go back and we just let. Thanks for sharing your amazing home with us!

I had an amazing stay at Wilherme & Julie ’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect not too far from downtown Savannah and Pooler yet still peaceful and quiet. The check-in process was smooth, and all the little thoughtful touches made me feel right at home.

Stopped by to scope out the area before planning our move, and loved every bit of our stay. The "Sandy Run Farm" was unspeakably peaceful: as a former chicken owner, it thrilled me to awaken to the "egg song," birds chirping, and other animal sounds I've dearly missed. The area was extremely private and serene; the camper itself had everything we needed, though I admit there was a bit of a learning curve for anyone who's never stayed in a camper before (where are the lights? How does the AC work? I have to use a lighter for the oven?? lol). Farm eggs were a lovely bonus, and Karen was happy to help with a few things like turning off the WiFi. It's also super kid-friendly, which is a rare treat, even though we didn't bring the kids. If I find myself in the area again prior to our move, I will absolutely look for this place again.

We booked this home many months in advance for a wedding on St. Simons Island. We got more and more excited as the weekend approach. Still, this house (especially its location) to the wedding site exceeded our expectations. For our family, it was a perfect fit and very comfortable!
