Cozy house that has modern new kitchen and baths and lots of living space. Comfortable beds and great views. Rivers and marsh as far as you can see. Walk down dock and get into your boat. Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.

Big fenced yard, Awesome back porch, Full kitchen stocked with appliances/utensils (no dishwasher), 3 HD flat screen TV's (Roku & YouTube TV service), Nice sound system, DVD player (DVDs included), Fast WIFI, 4 bikes, 3 off street parking spots, Central AC/Heat. There is a "In-Law suite" that the owners stay in on the back of the property. It is separated from the main house by an 8 ft fence.
