It was honestly so convenient to stay there, felt safe due to the fact that no one is able to get onto the place without a key fob. The place is exactly like shown in the pictures, and it is conveniently close to Ralph’s, Starbucks and a couple other places, the freeways are also very close. Overall a great stay :)

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

I had a great stay at this lovely place in Los Angeles! The location is super convenient — close to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the comfortable bed — perfect after long days exploring the city. Wi-Fi was fast, and everything I needed was provided. This home was perfect for our trip. Super clean, spacious, and a peaceful neighborhood. Maria was very friendly and responsive! She made us feel right at home even if it was just for a few days! Would definitely book this place and with her again; and definitely would recommend her to others!

We LOVED staying at Wendy’s place. It was exactly how it look in the picture but even better. I love that it had a gated parking lot with a designated parking and the neighborhood was safe. It was easy to get in and out. I would definitely book Wendy’s place again! Communication was amazing too!

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view and incredibly priced. Everything was clean and in pristine condition. Hosts were responsive at pretty much every hour of the day. We can’t wait to hopefully use the home again on our next trip to Orange County!

Perfect stay. The property is as described. Super comfortable beds. Clean which is important to myself. The kitchen is well appointed and having access to a washer / dryer was a bonus. Car parking both off and on street too easy. Location is great. I’m familiar with Burbank and loved the fact my favourite eateries were only a few minutes away on Magnolia. Can highly recommend. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

David was very proactive in making sure we got to airbnb. He checked in throughout the stay. His place was very clean and from my years of renting from airbnb, it's one of the cleanest. It had everything we needed and then some. I thought the bedding was clean and throughout the house, esp. the bathroom did not feel grimy. Not sure how long this airbnb has been hosting but the cleaning crew deserves applause. Location was great, it was a quiet neighborhood but also provided proximity to some great eats.

We were so happy with the rental. The house looked exactly like the pictures, it was very clean and organized, it had everything we needed for our 9-day stay. Kylee was a great host; she sent us instructions on everything in advance, so when we got there, it was a simple check-in. The house is extremely nice, and the location is great! We will definitely rent this house anytime we are in LA

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

our group of 6 stayed comfortably in MK's place. we only stayed 1 night so kinda regret not having more time to enjoy more of the unit's space and amenities! great view!
