We stayed in this location for Valentines weekend and it was perfect. Main St is 2 blocks away and even went for a stroll at night. It’s safe! The lil house is cozy and there was a moment where I called her at 2:00am and she answered right away. She was a phenomenal host. We also asked to stay longer-passed our checkout time, and for a few more bucks we stayed. Overall great experience. Definitely will book here again when we come back. 🤗

The host is friendly. When I said that I didn't have enough towels, he brought them right away. The room is clean and nice. I care about the bathroom, and it was perfect.

Had a wonderful time at ethans place. The place was exactly as described plus more. My favorite was the bath tub it was super relaxing after a long day of hiking. I will definitely be back !

I'm giving this place 5 stars because Katy has outlined all the expectations to staying at her place, which included the low ceilings, possible footsteps, etc. When I was booking, she even double checked that I was okay with those things. With that said, I wasn't as okay with it as I thought I would be. The low ceilings bothered me more than it should and I didn't like the sounds of footsteps in the morning. Other than that, it was fine because we were here for a wedding and didn't spend too much time in the house. Overall, this place is exactly as described/how it looks in the photos. Katy is a great host. Just make sure you read the description before booking.

Stayed here with a friend for a music festival at the rose bowl and loved it. The perfect amount of space and super close to shops, restaurants, and the rose bowl stadium (only a 12 minute drive) . It was clean and welcoming and we truly enjoyed the water and tea provided especially with the heat and breathing in all the dust from the festival. Just be cautioned there’s a lot of stairs to get in!

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place. She went the extra mile to ensure my parents had a perfect stay, and her care and attention to every detail were clear from the start. The property is really really beautiful – thoughtfully designed, perfectly clean, quiet, private, and located in a lovely area. It’s very obvious how much Maria cares about both her home and her guests. We are so grateful for her kindness and hospitality, and we would definetly stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful stay with Ru! When you walk in and see that view, you never want to leave! Ru's place was totally spotless and so comfy. The vibes were immaculate. The location is perfect - 10 min from Japantown! Ru was super communicative and was available for anything we needed at any time. I would stay here again a million times. Absolutely perfect LA spot! Thank you so so much for everything!

Excellent experience! If you're willing to duck a bit into the entrance (if you're tall like me), you'll be welcomed into a cozy space that has everything you need. Great neighborhood, excellent instructions on how to enter, check in and out, and a great shower!

This place was awesome, loved all the helpful amenities, super clean and peaceful and private, loved the pool on hot days! Would definitely be coming back here !

I booked this location of days prior, but Jeffrey was a very helpful and responsive host! Traveling solo, this place was very cozy and accommodating. Entire layout for one person was great, no complaints on my end. Check in was also very brief and easy, Jeffrey was very flexible with check in times which I have not always had the best luck with before. Only thing I think is a slight setback (which again, has nothing to do with the property itself) is its location up on a hill. If you plan on doing anything within walking distance, get ready to walk up the steep hill and steps this property has. I would recommend taking a Lyft/Uber if going out in the nearby area. Other comments include the proximity to the LA metro towards Union Station or Pasadena, if you are traveling on public transportation like I was.

Great place - simple with no frills, but easy to get in and out of, and conveniently located if you want to get around Eagle Rock/Highland Park.

Absolutely loved our stay at Lucretia Ave! The space was cozy, cute, and perfectly tucked away in Echo Park—super easy to get to from Burbank airport, which made our arrival a breeze. The location is *chef’s kiss*—walking distance to great coffee and quick breakfast spots, and the street parking was a total dream (rare for LA!). The home itself is super quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated. I’m usually pretty quiet myself, but I did have a tiny moment of self-consciousness wondering if I was being too loud—just goes to show how serene the space is! That said, everything felt just right and I’d 100% stay here again. Such a sweet spot. Can’t wait to come back! 💛

Diana’s stay was just as pictured and in such proximity to this neighborhood’s LA spots. It is nestled in the hills so it has a great view both day and night with a private patio area that is a bonus as well. There are those stairs — LOL. It’s subjective. For me it worked out okay, and Diana even offered help with my luggage if needed! You will hear the family upstairs some (mostly in the day), but that’s to be expected with a lower unit. All in all, a good stay for whenever life takes me to this part of LA again. :)

I love Lydia’s place. She was very communicative throughout the entire stay. I love the small basket of snacks left as well and the personable letterboard! I felt so welcome and the area was peaceful and not far from Sofi Stadium. I also loved that there were a few small essentials that you wouldn’t think of bringing there too! I also can’t forget the backyard hammock with an awesome view! This stay was absolutely phenomenal.

I had a great stay in Los Angeles. The property is super homey and comfortable inside but the real highlight is the garden! Make sure to check it out during your stay :)

We would absolutely stay at the Crows Nest next time we’re in LA. Not only was the space serene and well equipped with plenty of space and amenities, but Josh and his wife were wonderful hosts. We especially loved the peacefulness of the setting, views and watching the hawks in the am and at dusk. This was the ideal Airbnb experience only 10 mins from Hollywood Blvd, but feels miles and miles away.

We stayed at Sergio’s place while visiting Pasadena for an event by the Rose Bowl. It was a great location. Probably 10 min /$15 Lyft to the event. The house was extremely well equipped from the kitchen to the extra pillows in the closet to plenty of towels, etc. Great communication. Helpful discussion. Quiet and peaceful location. Very clean. Comfy beds. An A/C that worked well which was needed in the 98 degree temps. Would stay again!

We had a great stay! We were in town for a wedding and it provided a perfect place for us in between site seeing and to get ready for the wedding. It was so easy to relax after a long day of walking. They were also very helpful and quick to respond!

This place has truly enchane my partner and I’s anniversary. She has truly enjoyed cooking our food with their amenities during our stay. The showers felt refreshing during this hot summer, and the bed kept up cozied and comfortable during our nights. We are definitely in the talks of coming back! Thank you Myrna and Bruce!

Quiet and clean place to stay at. You also have a lot to eat and shop near by and the location is perfect for any Disney or other amusement parks. Loved the parking space and host is very communicative I recommend 100 % you will feel right at home.

Totally enjoyed my stay! Felt right at home and loved the patio. I walked daily and enjoyed all there was to do in the area.

Daisy's studio is a great place for a short stay and a good value. It's tucked away in the back of an apartment complex, was super quiet and has a nice outdoor seating area. It's walking distance from tons of nice restaurants, markets and shops in Atwater Village, which is not something you can take for granted in L.A. Minor point but the provided products in the bathroom are really nice—I can't recall any other host providing a nice facewash. Pretty much the only downside is that the space definitely feels like a converted garage—it's small, dark and a bit stuffy inside. I was perfectly happy to crash here for one night but if you're looking to do a longer stay, you might want to look at some of the host's larger spaces.

Kates place was peaceful, private and perfect for our trip. We needed to be close to Cedars and West Hollywood for both personal and professional reasons. Kate is a very detailed and helpful host who has created a magical garden for her guests. This was a very mini paradise. It was so lovely to wake up every morning and watch the humming birds fly around and feed on the plants. Thank Kate! We will be back soon
