Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Ca La Conxita - rural disconnection for 5 people

Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.

Old townhouse, recently renovated, modern and functional. In addition to the kitchen-living room, it has two double bedrooms with a bathroom each. Terrace and garage for two cars. El Paller de Ca l 'Escrivà (Capmany, Alt Empordà)

House located in the center of the wine village of Capmany (Alt Empordà-Costa Brava). Located 14 kilometers from Figueres and 10 kilometers from the French border. It is also 25 kilometers from Costa Brava's beaches. From the village you can hold mountain bikes and hiking and follow megalithic routes. No big parties are allowed, but the barbecues are allowed with family and friends. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families, and large groups.

Typical village house, completely renovated and equipped. Very welcoming and convenient. You will find very quiet. It is a house with lots of light. It is located 5 minutes from all the services of the village (pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ...). To go to the beaches there is 15 minutes walking. It is located in a very quiet and calm village area. No problem parking. You will be able to park very close to the house. It does not have wifi.

Ca la Cristina. Riumors, Alt Empordà

A cozy house, for the whole family, in the middle of the Alt Empordà plain. Very close to Figueres, Roses and l'Escala, with the beach 15 minutes away. Stone house, completely renovated in 2009. It has access through the front yard where a vehicle can enter. Kitchen, dining room and bathroom on the ground floor. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the first floor. All have an outside balcony. Porch and garden. Pool open from May 25th to September.
