Dream time in the half-timbered house The newly renovated apartment is on the first floor of a nearly 300-year-old half-timbered house in the old town of Alsfeld. The walls plastered with clay in the bedroom & living room have a healthy space & feel-good climate. Downtown, parks, art and culture are nearby. The view of nature and the city center with the old church tower are enough. Restaurants and shops can be reached within 2 minutes. When the weather is nice, a glass of wine can be enjoyed in the courtyard with a view.

The location is ideal for anyone who appreciates peace and quiet, nature, swimming lakes and natural surroundings. The quiet 1-room apartment in the countryside invites 1 to 2 people to stay in Romrod. Short distances to Romrod Castle, REWE supermarket with bakery, pharmacy and doctors are only a 5-minute walk. The terrace invites you to have breakfast in the sun Disinfectant, Wi-Fi, kitchenette and free parking are included in this separate apartment. Particularly pleasant even in heat, as it is located in the basement. You will live independently of the hostess, who lives in the attic.

We rent our entire half-timbered house with 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 × 200 and 1 sofa bed each, which can be folded out on the floor to a lying surface of 120 × 200 + 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90 × 200, 1 of which is a loft bed), a dining-kitchen-living area and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The house is in the middle of the old town of Alsfeld and yet quiet. Everything is within walking distance. Children are welcome. Dogs are welcome.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room to relax. Whether on the balcony, in the beach chair of the conservatory or in the communal garden - there are many places that invite you to linger. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a spacious living area with a window front facing the countryside. In addition to the two bedrooms with 140 cm wide beds each, there are two more single beds in the attic. The kitchen is new and very well equipped.

Welcome to our home! We rent a cozy, and large sheep/living room with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor of the house. The apartment is located in Fulda - Kohlhaus. Parking spaces are available at the top of the street for free. By car, you'll be downtown in about 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus. The stop is about 8 minutes walking from the apartment. Shopping is good at the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. By foot about 18 min.

The apartment is on the ground floor, has a separate entrance and very pleasant temperatures in the apartment even in the summer.
