The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

We are on the third floor. No lift.

A nice, modern apartment, built in 2020, furnished with modern and functional furniture. It has a 1.50 bed and two 90 cm beds with viscoelastic mattresses. A 2.00 sofa bed in the living room. A large terrace facing west, so it has natural light until late afternoon. Air conditioning/heating in all rooms. Coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator, full kitchen, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Pool and garage with storage room. 200 meters from Calabajío and Pozuelo beaches.

It is located in the center of the village with the beach just a few meters away ,ideal for summer and winter, as it is very sunny. It has all amenities very close by. If you do not want to use the car it is not necessary since there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars....everything you may need next door.
