Vacation rentals with beach access in Allouez Township

Great place walking distance to everything in downtown Calumet. The apartment has great natural light and cute decor. Christina is easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay! The unit was very clean and Ryan communicated quickly! Very close to trails and a lake, which was great for walking and running! Also, only 10 minutes to MI Texh!

When we ever return to Houghton/Hancock MI we’ll be sure to book this place. It was basically perfect.

My husband and I needed a last minute place to stay over the past weekend. We wanted to stay in the L’Anise area, since we have a friend that lives in the town, and this was the best option. The unit is clean, has an amazing view of Lake Superior and is very spacious. I was very impressed with the unit overall. I would gladly book again!

Loved our stay at Lexie’s place! The side-by-side units worked perfectly for our group. Cool, loft-style apartments right in downtown Houghton! We are big fans and can’t wait to visit again!

This is a great space and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. It is obviously cared for as if it was an extension of someone’s home and you can feel that when you’re there. Extremely cozy and comfortable. Well stocked with all the necessities and super close to downtown, not to mention the fantastic , coffee, donuts and pasties at the shop Downstairs!

Great for snowmobilers, about 1-2 blocks from direct access to trail 14 - no need to trailer. Room to park trailer and sleds. Close to fuel stop. Restaurants within walking distance, or off trail. Nice cozy and clean place, more room than typical hotel room with kitchen amenities.

Very inventive use of space. Plenty of room for doing yoga. Lots to do in the area. We were there for an anniversary getaway, and they even had a card and some sparkling apple juice with champagne glasses for us! We liked being part of the effort to restore this historic building. It might be worth noting that there are lots of stairs and no elevators. My spouse has a bad knee, but we managed. It does reference the fact that this is on the third floor in the write-up, I think I just didn't think about the fact that there might not be an elevator. This was a good value and we were very happy with our stay.

This is the only house I have ever gone back to and I've been there 4 times. You will not find a winter waterfront view like this anywhere else. The home is spacious, quiet, and well kept.

The accommodations were as described. The place was very well kept and clean. The large room upstairs over looking Portage Lake is beautiful. I would highly recommend. Hope to return next year

The home is older and quirky but has everything you need and lots of space for a family. The property is beautiful and the private beach was amazing. We enjoyed reading the book about the homes history. We made day trips to the Porkies and Copper Harbor. I cannot say enough about the private beach. Go to the UP, book this place, you will not regret it.

This place is very warm and cozy, and in peaceful surroundings - great view of the lake. Well stocked with plenty of amenities. Wonderful hot water and the beds were comfy. Sherry was incredibly helpful and responsive and worked to get me some local suggestions. Their local history and familial connections was a bonus. We were there in height of winter (Feb.) would be curious to see it in summer as well.

We love staying at Andrew and Christina's properties. They are responsive hosts, and their homes are always clean and welcoming.

We loved staying at Kyle’s place! The host was responsive and provided clear instructions and suggestions. The house was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. There was plenty of comfortable seating - loved the porch and outdoor space. The mattress was super comfortable, which is important to my old bones after a day of hiking/exploring! We were only two people, but you could easily accommodate a large family or group and have plenty of room! We loved the remote waterfront location, it was so quiet and peaceful. We explored the Baraga County area (recommend the Lake and County tour), easily made day trips east to the Michigamme area and west to the Keweenaw and to Houghton for a MTU football game. We even got to see the Northern Lights right from the yard! It was a great time and we are already talking about coming back!

I loved her cozy Airbnb! Felt like I was home 🏡 but a lot colder and way more snow 😊. Very very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals which is not always the case. PLENTY of sleeping room. It was just my daughter and I but wanted to check it out for the summer time and I will try to rent it again for then. Cheryl was super sweet and kind. We had an issue but she was very quick to respond and fix the situation. GREAT host! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
