This is a Private Guest Suite for SOLO TRAVELERS ONLY with a refreshingly modern decoration inside of my house located upstairs. We are just 6 miles from LakePoint sports complex (10 minutes) and 1.5 miles from historic downtown Cartersville. Our home will sleep 10, including two roll a way beds. If you have other sleeping requests we will be happy to try to accommodate you. 3 TV’s with Xfinity and Wifi plus the bunk room has an additional TV for gaming. Dogs friendly, the back yard is fenced. We are walking distance to Dellinger Park which offers Walking/running trails, tennis courts play grounds and more.

3 goat kids born Jan 22nd! Come see them, as they grow up fast! Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 3 goats, Dori, her older daughter Mocha, and 3 baby goats born Jan 22nd!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was so clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. My only small gripe is that there aren’t any TVs in the bedrooms. But honestly, everything else was amazing! I booked it the same day and was able to check in right away, which really highlights how quick and efficient the host is. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!

The best place we’ve ever stayed. Barry’s place was magical. With all the birds we felt like we were in another world. The tree house was fantastic, clean, and so beautifully decorated. Barry was kind and informative on his “babies” that lived on the property. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying at Erin and Louanna's Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly responsive to my many questions, warm and welcoming, and even gave us a true farm experience by introducing us to the many animals that share their space. The barn room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. We especially appreciated the little touches like the welcome basket with snacks, a helpful guidebook full of local information, and the option to purchase items produced right on their farm such as lotions, soaps, eggs and even meat. Their property was peaceful and quiet—like stepping into another world. It was the perfect escape from the busyness of everyday life. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing, and unique place to stay!!
