House vacation rentals in Allassac

Accommodation located in a quiet area which is very nice, while still close to Brive for all the shops, we lacked nothing! Sandrine and her husband are very welcoming! They have good tips for restaurants and local activities/visits. The pool is lovely even if the weather for our week was not ideal to make the most of it. The accommodation is exactly as described, it is very well equipped and is very clean. We would have no problem coming back!

It was an unforgettable vacation! Villa with a stunning view in complete unity with nature and at the same time 5 minutes drive to the city. Excellent covered terrace with a swimming pool allows you to enjoy nature, silence and fresh air even in rainy weather. The hosts were very responsive and ready to help. The house has everything you need. Thank you very much for our unforgettable vacation!!!

In addition, the house is nice, the air conditioning in the bedrooms is an asset and the pool is ideal for a family. Beautiful holiday home, fully kitted out with everything you might need. It was also pristine in terms of cleanliness. Sam (the host) was extremely helpful when we arrived (and flexible as we were running late) and was on hand with any questions throughout our stay. The house was extremely comfortable and finished to a v high spec (blackout blinds, aircon etc). Lots of toys / games to entertain the children (and us!). Travel cot and change mat was provided for free for our 10m old, the electric pool cover felt v safe with the children as well (and looked nice for a pool cover!). The vegetable garden was a nice touch (we were lucky with tomatoes, courgettes and peaches from the garden). 4 nights was not enough, we could have stayed a lot longer. In terms of local visits, we managed to see the Marqueyssac gardens, Castelnaud and Sarlat but there was plenty more close by, the house was really well located. Thanks for a brilliant stay - we will be back!

Very great accommodation. Extremely clean and well-equipped. Pleasant setting. Very good communication and responsiveness, the hosts were accommodating during the stay. I recommend it and hope to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoors.

We just spent a week in this pretty semi-detached house, certainly not overlooked, well-insulated house. A very spacious house, tastefully decorated. Absolutely everything is new. Three large bedrooms with good quality bedding and very well protected bedding. Abundant storage (closet in every room in the house). Our children loved the pool, the parents too but it was missing a few degrees in view of the cool nights. Air conditioning is also a plus for this listing. We only used it for a few hours because honestly the house held the coolness very well (knowing that it was over 30° all week). Pleasant surprise also to see in the kitchen: salt, peppers, spices, coffee pods, tea, sugar etc. Quantity of bath towels, no complaints, perfect. In short, I don't have much room to thank Alain for his very warm welcome, he won't hesitate to share with you the wonders to visit in his beautiful region which he speaks about with heart.

Very good villa in a quite location near Sarlat centre. A little too far to walk to the town centre (steep narrow roads), however Emmanuelle gave us directions to a free car park which was only 2 minutes from the villa and only a 5 minute walk to town. The villa is equipped with a good range of facilities, including dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. Plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery/cooking pans. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 with en-suite facilities and one with only a bath, which was a little inconvenient as the toilet was outside the room. There is a good gas fired barbeque at the front of the villa with comfortable outside dining facilities. The pool area is very nice and secluded. It has good quality sun loungers and a couple of easy chairs under a gazebo. It was a little too cool to use the swimming pool during our visit, however it should be very pleasant in warmer weather. Everyone had a great time.

We had a great time in the heart of the Périgord Noir at Émeline's, accompanied by our twins under 2 years old and our 2 dogs. The accommodation as well as the garden and pool are really very pleasant and quiet in the heart of nature. We all felt very comfortable and we were hosted very well! Émeline was very available and always very responsive no matter the question! There are so many things to see and visit in this very dog-friendly area, we will be happy to come back to Émeline's, our 10 days of vacation were not enough to discover everything!!

We were happy to stay at Marylene's place. Very welcoming host, pleasant accommodation, nothing missing.

We only stayed 3 days without unfortunately being able to enjoy the very beautiful swimming pool due to capricious weather, but enjoyed the many quality appliances, sufficient dishes, etc. The house is very well equipped and very clean. Our host was responsive and attentive to our comfort.

We stayed one night at the accommodation. Everything was clean, the house is functional and pleasant. Our kids enjoyed the presence of goats nearby.

Excellent stay at Jacques and Florence's. Well appointed and spacious accommodation, the surroundings are superb and beautiful discovery of the lake with beach nearby. Very friendly couple, easy to connect and flexible.

On vacation with friends (12 people children/teenagers/adults) we had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation is peaceful and well located (caves of Lascaux, Tourtoirac, Pompadour, Uzerche.....), lots of activities for the evenings ( swimming pool,spa, billiards, foosball) allowed us to spend real moments of relaxation. Sylvette and her husband are friendly and very responsive. Thanks to them!

Lovely gîte in beautiful setting with fantastic outside spaces. Superb pool with beautiful views towards Sarlat. Wonderfully equipped accommodation with everything you could need. It was lovely to turn up and have the beds made and not have to shop for any of the essentials such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc. Katie was a wonderful host, with a great knowledge of the area. She provided an excellent welcome pack which we really appreciated. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, with lovely large garden and good sized pool. The location is very peaceful, but close to the A20 for easy access around the area.

Peaceful and pleasant, I had a very nice stay with my children. Vast and secure. I was pleasantly surprised to see that all the amenities were very well maintained and allowed the children to walk safely. There's a variety of things to do. I highly recommend it!

Hi, Joëlle is very responsive to communication, she responds quickly to any questions. The accommodation is very well located, between Collonges la rouge ( barely 5 minutes by car) and Turenne ( about 10 minutes by car). The accommodation is clean and well-equipped. The exteriors are very nice, with a beautiful sunset over Turenne. There are also children's amenities, ping pong table, badminton rackets… The place is very nice and quiet and the hosts are very kind and available.

Thank you so much for your kind hospitality! The cottage is well equipped... especially for book lovers, with a beautiful seating area for reading. Quiet with views of a beautiful garden and well located for visiting the area (Lascaux, Padirac, Sarlat...)
