great location and fun place to stay!

My fiance and I have always wanted to visit Seattle. When we came across Aaron's Airbnb, we fell in love. The pictures on their page is exactly how it is in person. The view of the water was beautiful. Even though the property is shared with others, I never bumped into anyone and it was very private. Definitely would book again!

Ken’s place was the perfect stay for us! The location was fantastic—we were able to keep our car parked in the locked, secure garage all weekend and was able to walk to pike’s place and the space needle easily. We loved how safe and secure the building was. Ken did a walk through with us to show us the amenities and made us feel welcomed. Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Seattle!

Older building, but good renovations. My maintenance request was answered immediately and fixed in less than 2 hours. It felt like having a nice apartment in the heart of downtown. To be clear, other than street parking if you're lucky, there is no parking here. You'll need to park at a garage nearby, but there are several to choose from. SpotHero is your friend here. All in all, this place is a gem. Highly recommended.

A perfect home base for our first trip to Seattle! Gorgeous 10th floor views over the city, and walkable to everything. All interaction with Ginny was prompt and easy. She’s very responsive, on top of it. Have a bowl of the best New England clam chowder ever at Pike Place Chowder, and have dinner at Zig Zag, an intimate, lovely little jazz place with excellent cocktails and food.

Nice little micro studio close to good Ballard spots, surprisingly spacious. Seems to be a small converted storefront. There's no kitchen or sink other than a small one in the bathroom. The unit was really comfortable and clean and perfect for having a simple place to stay for a couple days, but any longer and you'll probably want somewhere with a kitchen. Other than that it had everything you could need Host was very responsive and helpful.

With its stunning views inside and out, be warned- you will not want to leave this home! It’s the perfect blend of comfort & luxury with high-end amenities. We have stayed here twice and will stay again bc this home has ruined all other hotels/lodging options in the Seattle area for us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely stay! Smooth check in and check out. Communication with Tom was very easy, he was very responsive! Very tidy comfortable home. Loved the location. Easy walk to the beach with beautiful views. Good restaurants right down the street. Hope to return to Alki Beach one day!

The house is roomy and spacious. Lots of different places to gather and hang out. It's pretty remote, I would suggest bringing food on arrival as the closest store is 20 minute drive. You can't beat the views as it might be the most special part of the house. Perfect place to relax and recharge.

What a wonderful gem! We loved the location as it was very walkable to some great restaurants and Alki beach. Beautiful house too, with everything we needed, we were very comfortable. Overall a five star stay, we hope to come back soon!

Very convenient location for a Seattle stay… cute neighborhood & very close to the bus. Place was really clean. Would be happy to stay here again. Only challenge to note (which the listing is clear about) are the stairs to one of the beds/loft area are steep (so lugging a big suitcase is a challenge).

We loved our stay! Located on a homey, quiet block of a very cute neighborhood. The unit itself is cozy and thoughtfully designed. Whitney was responsive, accommodating, and friendly. Highly recommend.

This is a stunning home. The city view is spectacular. The cleanliness would pass a white glove 🧤 inspection 🧐. My group was blown away. I day dreamed about living there the whole of our stay. I also had the pleasure of meeting our host on arrival. She is lovely. Clear, friendly instructions. We honored the no shoes request with pleasure. The house was spotless. Thank you again. This place sets the standard in the short term rental business.

Alison was an amazing host and her home was just as described. Very comfortable with loads of amenities…more than I’ve had in any previous places I’ve stayed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great communication and easy check in, even when we arrived after 1 am! I would absolutely recommend her home.

This airbnb was in a great location and near many of Seattle’s attractions! We really enjoyed being able to easily walk to the Space Needle and nearby restaurants. The condo was also super cozy and clean! The air conditioner and fans did a great job of blocking out the city noises. The condo required a code to get inside, so it felt very secure. We would definitely stay here again!

House was in a great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Apartment was stocked very well with amenities needed for our stay. Garage parking that came with the house was very convenient. Nitpick: Dropping the parking fob back in the house after taking the car out of the garage is a bit tedious.

Very easy to get around close to everything. Lyle was super responsive and friendly! Place had everything you need for a great stay!

We loved our stay in Seattle, and this property was excellent for our family of three. Our 7 year old took the couch and we had a grand old time walking around the area and watching the sun set on the water. It was very clean and had great instructions for all areas of the property. We felt safe knowing our car was secured and we were in a great area. Wonderful experience!

Wonderful location with was walking distance from Seattle center and the pier. Our daughter loved the pool as well!

Great value, great view of the space needle. Very convenient location. Easy to get in and out of. Clean. Everything is as pictured. Perfect for someone who just wants a place to sleep but will be moving around the city the rest of the day. Indoor parking provided. They do request you throw out all trash from all bins the end of the stay, which I thought was odd since the cleaners come thru after, but the trash chute is right outside the apartment so it's not terribly inconvenient. Overall, recommended!!
