Pedro and Inês Farm

DelfimRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Quinta Pedro & Inês is a very special nook: a farm with all the amenities a family may want: private pool, barbecue and outdoor dining space, fruit trees, hammocks and loungers and lots of fresh air, silence and space for contemplation. The house is very well equipped and the children's room is a place of fun with lots of games and books and a kind of mezzanine where you can get lost in play safely. It's been a magical couple of days and we'll certainly be back!

A panoramic view showcases rolling hills and valleys, dotted with a mix of greenery and cultivated fields. The distant structures of the accommodation are nestled among the landscape, under a sky filled with clouds and sunlight. Natural serenity is emphasized by the surrounding environment.

GustavoRating, 5 stars17 months ago
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely farm with a group of friends. The houses are cozy and well equipped providing all the necessary comfort. The atmosphere is quiet and private, offering a perfect getaway. Henrique's hospitality was exceptional, making us feel at home from the very first moment. Communication was efficient, ensuring a worry-free stay. We would highly recommend this farm for those looking to relax. The attention to detail, hospitality, and beauty of the place make it an unbeatable choice. As well as all the fun options, from this pool (although we didn't use it - winter) to the game room, with foosball, pool, etc. Our stay exceeded all expectations, we can't wait to return!

Relax between pine trees and the pool

SusanaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The house is very clean. It has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at home. Lots of privacy and the dogs he leaves are a delight. The bad thing is that we couldn't use the jacuzzi and the pool wasn't very clean because the motor broke down. But it's worth it. We will be back.

House of Rio Fervença

FroukjeRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Nice detached cottage in the middle of the city and along the river. Nice garden with swimming pool, terrace in the shade. Everything clean and tidy. Glad the dog was allowed to come. Enclosed garden. Nice walking route directly from the house over a wooden jetty. Very thoughtful and responsive hosts. A problem with a door handle was resolved very quickly. I definitely recommend it!

We love the stay and all the space around, with an incredible landscape of the Douro River. The spaces, despite being clean and making us feel at home, require renovation of some utensils such as beds, sofa and fridge. However, it was amazing! We recommend it!!!

Serapicos House - 3-Bedroom House and Private SPA

RocioRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A very nice house in a very quiet area. Ideal to get away and relax. It has a jacuzzi and a sauna, just as seen in the photos. Everything was very clean. It is true that our stay coincided with a few rainy and cold days and we did not quite warm the house well with the radiators available. We didn't use the barbecue. The owners and D Marisa are very friendly and communication was perfect. We'll be back!!

José Antonio is an absolutely friendly and helpful person. There was coffee and lots of spices, oil, etc. He explained hiking trails to us, was always available, parking in front of the house. You could eat outside and it was just awesome! Thank you so much for having us. We love Spain and now: much more!!!!

Casa Pernila

AnneRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Delightful, cosy house in a peaceful village with easy access to the many natural and historical sites in the area. It was the first time in the region for me and I really enjoyed it. This is and old house, restored in a way that makes it comfortable but retains its charm. It has a wood pellet fire and I have never used one before but it was quite intuitive. And it was lovely to have the fire in the cold evenings and mornings. Great place, great hostess, would definitely stay again.
A cozy bedroom features a spacious bed with a white quilt displaying floral patterns. Two bedside tables, each holding a lamp, flank the bed. Exposed wooden beams and a stone wall add warmth, while natural light filters from a nearby window.

A very pleasant stay. The house is very cozy and perfect for 6 people. Eugenio is attentive and available in case you need anything or have any problems. It is greatly appreciated that upon arrival the house already has the fireplace lit. There are no gels and shampoo, so I recommend bringing them from home.
A sunlit garden space is surrounded by stone walls and features well-maintained grass. Potted plants are positioned along the walls, and a pathway leads through the greenery. The area provides a peaceful and open atmosphere for relaxation.

Daniela's Dairy

JuliethRating, 5 stars3 days ago
I had an amazing weekend at this place, totally recommended! I traveled with my dog and it was perfect for us. The place is super comfortable, very clean and cozy. The best thing is that it is completely independent, which gives a lot of privacy and tranquility. In addition, it has a private patio ideal for being outdoors or for the furry ones to play freely. It also has a parking lot, which was very convenient and safe. The atmosphere is very quiet, perfect to rest. I would definitely come back. If you're looking for a pet friendly, nice and comfortable place, this is the one.
A welcoming living area displays a mix of vintage furniture, including a plush sofa with patterned cushions and a wooden rocking chair. A neutral-colored cabinet and TV stand offer storage, while glass decorative pieces and a classic area rug enhance the space's charm.

We were there in August, the house is impeccable, in a quiet village, with many activities in the surroundings and the border with Portugal 20 minutes away by car.
A serene bedroom is highlighted by a spacious bed dressed in neutral linens. Floor-to-ceiling curtains softly filter natural light, while a decorative piece featuring floral patterns adds interest to the wall. A light fixture hangs overhead, contributing to a cozy ambiance.

LUXURY¡ The city is gorgeous, and the experience of the Barco por las Arribes del Duero is unforgettable. Exceeded travel expectations, including the gastronomic part. FANTASTIC, UNFORGETTABLE! A los Ojos del Río Duero + breakfast + parking

WilliamRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was a magical week spent at Luis’s apartment. We attribute so much of our enjoyment to his engagement with us from the start to even after our stay, making sure we arrived at our following destination. Luis loves his city as evidenced by his passion and knowledge for its history, cuisine, local Toro wine and every detail and event of Semana Santa. Luis and Miriam helped us navigate the city for the week’s events guiding us to the best locations for observing the processions and the best places to enjoy the food and wine of this beautiful city. His apartment is spotless, well equipped and mattresses are very comfortable. The location is superb, close to the historic center and paths along the river. A Birder’s delight crossing the bridge to the river bank path! We have traveled the globe and with over 60 stays in Airbnbs and never has a host spent so much time and effort ensuring our stay and experience was TOP. Luis went above and beyond! MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Casa Museu da Avó Gena

Jose’s place, (Pedro is the Son of), has a lovely home in a quiet friendly village. The home was relatively easy to find, (could do with an Airbnb sign on the corner of the property, to help weary travellers). Once arrived and settled in, Jose is a BRILLIANT host, so welcoming, so generous and the home is comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed a meal in a neighbouring town, that Jose, happily booked for us, but there is all the available gear to cook for yourself. The area is close to the Duoro river, and Jose gives so many options for activities for this area. He is very passionate about the history and his town. We would recommend this home to anyone who is in the area.

Lakes Accommodation of Sabor- Pool & SPA

AndreiaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We have been looking for a place like this for a long time, "a little paradise on earth", ideal for those looking to recharge their batteries, to be in a space where we feel at ease. David is a very friendly, approachable man and very attentive to the needs of guests, with a vocation for small details that make all the difference between being just another place or that place that we are sorry to leave, but that leaves us with an immense desire to return... we found our place... we will return soon, but this time with our children. LOVED IT 😍
A narrow cobblestone street is seen, bordered by stone buildings with rustic facades. A clear blue sky is visible above, with rooftops featuring tiled coverings. The path gently curves, leading the eye towards the distant structures, showcasing the historic architecture of the area.

El Nidito de Fermoselle

CristinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We were very comfortable in the little nest for four days, and that's with four adults and the girls. We really liked the area and Fermoselle has a very good location to get to know everything, plus the town is beautiful. The accommodation in particular has everything you need and is very well equipped in general, it has a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker and even a dishwasher. In addition to the touches that Eva leaves, which makes for a very pleasant stay, and the very cozy fireplace.
The exterior of a rustic stone house is adorned with vibrant red foliage, creating a warm and inviting entrance. A wooden porch with railings provides access to the home, while potted plants add a touch of greenery to the surroundings.

Carlos' Farm

SilviaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Maritere and Celia are great hosts: earrings, discreet and friendly. They make you feel at home from the start. The house and garden are wonderful, as shown in the pictures. Everything is impeccable, both in cleanliness and in order and perfectly combine functionality and tradition in decoration, furniture and utensils. The house houses a small but beautiful sample of traditional pottery from the surrounding area that I loved (and without a speck of dust; I don't say more). There is everything you need for short or long stays and they have the detail to leave breakfast for a couple of days and gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The beds, pillows and new bedding and supercomods. Also there is no noise, so it rests phenomenal. The garden and balcony very manicured and full of life. A perfect place to know Sanabria and surroundings, Sierra de la Culebra, Norte de Portugal or Los Valles any time of the year.
