Right from booking it to being helped by Viganesh right away, with the helpful and enthusiastic manager Abhay and a very helpful property/ housekeeper Mahesh and his cute family, the yummy homely food, and then Coco the cute property doggie, the property was really beautiful and serene, with very comfortable and spacious rooms. I visited with my family, along with our dog and cat for my Mom's birthday and wasn't disappointed. A lovely property, very beautifully done up and nicely lit and walkable with so many trees and beautiful mountain n forest views! we had a blast!

It was a wonderful stay at Dipti's place. Everything was pretty well maintained and as mentioned in the property description. Beautiful and very peaceful surroundings. One thing which can be improved, there were spider webs almost everywhere in the patio.

I visited the place with my family for 2 days and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is a very quiet and peaceful place with easy access to the Kihim beach. The home was clean, well maintained and exactly as described. Shardul is very helpful and provided us with all the required support to make our stay comfortable and was always available for any questions. A heartfelt thank you to the caretaker who was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend. 👍

Vivek’s place is one of those airbnbs that left me gobsmacked the moment I entered. I’d booked the house for my family and myself and we started enjoying the property immediately. The check-in was smooth, with Vivek being responsive and Prakash Ji being available. The place was extremely neat and well maintained. The house itself is very thoughtfully put together and each member of my family had something or the other to enjoy. The garden, idyllic surroundings, accessibility, and upkeep were a definite win. The kitchen set up was elaborate and id highly recommend getting up to see the sunrise. Ask for a fresh cot if the existing one isn’t suiting you. I’d definitely be visiting again. the place was amazing they had all the amenities you will never get bored, swimming pool was kept clean , the things which stand out was their in house food , it was delicious you wont need to go out and find outside restaurant it was so yummy. staff was so kind and just a call away for whatever you need. rooms are cozy and u have ur private small sitting garden.

The Villa is amazing , has a Portuguese feel to it, Big Pool, Lots of Palm Trees, Great food service , perfect place for family & friends. Good Host, Thank you for the stay.

Great place to stay, right infront of the beach. Looks same like pictures. Host is very helpful and caretaker was also very nice.

It is constructed with a lot of attention to detail and love. The villa is fairly new and it reflects in the aesthetics of the place. The amenities were as described and the caretaker was very helpful. Madhuri, the caretaker, kept the place clean and was helpful during our stay. The villa has an inhouse menu to choose from, limited but good enough for snacks. The meals were ordered from outside based on recommendation and it was satisfactory. The villa has ample places to sit and relax. It is a quiet neighborhood. Beach is a short drive from the place. It was really hot and humid which made us to sit inside our bedroom until evening. Power backup at villa works as promised, so no AC during power cuts. The municipal road leading to the villa needs repairs and frequent power cuts are an issue in this climate. Overall , we had a nice time at the villa. Thank you Amruta for hosting us at your place.

The bungalow is beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean. Had all the amenities that you can expect from a hotel, like, toiletries, hot water geysers in all bathrooms, functioning AC in all rooms, good wi-fi connection and 24/7 water supply. The best part was the kitchen with all the required utensils, milk, tea powder and sugar. Enough to make tea for a group of 6-8 people twice a day. Food was supplied from a local catering service and was equally delicious, plus it was not expensive. Beach is at 5 mins walking distance. The Bluetooth party speakers added that extra boost to the evening party. The owner was also kind enough to keep ice cubes and 5 bottles of cold water ready in the fridge before we arrived. The only disadvantage that I found was the absence of swimming pool. Hoping they consider adding it in near future. I'm surely visiting the place again. Thanks Ajita!
