Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

A bright studio bedroom features a queen bed with soft linens and a cozy plaid blanket. Two bedside lamps provide gentle lighting, and a large window allows natural light to filter through sheer curtains. A modern air conditioning unit is mounted above, enhancing comfort.

At under 200 sq ft, experience small living in our cozy space. The small studio is priced accordingly, our place is one of the lowest price to stay in LA with free stand building. It’s located near downtown Alhambra's finest grocery/shopping/dining areas (10 min walking distance) and downtown LA (15 min drive). New pillow top mattresses and soft linens await you, while the sleek new counter desk makes for the perfect place to get work done. Definitely is very small for two people staying.
