The living room and both bedrooms have separate air conditioners for cooling and heating. The home has two bedrooms and two luxurious ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a separate desk, and a 55-inch smart TV. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV and a surround sound system for a cinema-level entertainment experience. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, LG washer and dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi is provided. The living room sofa can easily be converted into a double sofa bed, and the entire house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it ideal for family trips, business trips, and long-term stays. The house is located in the quiet and safe Alhambra neighborhood, just 0.5 miles from the commercial strip, and 15 minutes from Citadel Outlets Shopping Mall (without traffic).
