A washing machine is available to guests in the bathroom. Basement is an underground parking lot with its own free parking space. The apartment is not suitable for children.

The spacious vacation apartment Golserhof is located in Merano (Meran) on the 2nd floor of a traditional alpine-style house. It was completely renovated at the beginning of 2020. The 80 m² apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 to 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, heating and both cable and satellite TV. If requested, a baby bed is available for free.
