Beautiful place to vacation at your disposal in the countryside of Cancun, very close to the airport, ideal to rest and relax surrounded by palm trees. Great place to stay! Host writes back very quickly and in a friendly manner. Place is always clean. The house is beautiful and in a good neighborhood. You have no problem at night or early mornings! Highly recommend. I’ve had no issues at all.

I enjoyed my stay here! I was looking for something by the water without too much commotion and this was perfect. The only downside was that during my stay, there was some construction near my unit. While I worked remotely, it did cause a bit of a disturbance. The host was responsive and very kind. I noticed the water in the shower took a while to drain but the host and her brother were quick to resolve the issue! They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and even help me retrieve an important item I left behind. The location is secure with guards at the gate. Walkable to the OXXO and to the isla mujeres boat.

Buscaba un lugar que estuviera cerca de la Plaza de Toros. Está a 4 cuadras, se llega caminando y la zona es muy tranquila, regresamos a medianoche caminando sin ningún problema. Está muy cerca de Plaza Las Américas. El lugar tiene fácil acceso, las instrucciones que dieron fueron claras desde que se me escribió por la app. Al llegar al lugar nos recibieron muy bien, nos explicaron todo y hubo disposición por parte de ellos ante cualquier duda o petición que tuviéramos. La habitación es como se describe y todo funcionaba (tv, aire acondicionado y agua caliente). Debido a nuestra corta estancia, no usamos la alberca pero se veía muy bonita y limpia, al igual que la cocina y comedor.

Peaceful, private, quaint affordable. You're in walking distance to a major food store. Good food places on the main Ave. Junior and Yas are very friendly and proactive about any issue. The unit is on a quiet street, you'll sleep well. The beach is a 10m drive away. What you don't have in indoor space, you do have in outdoor space. Outside the door is a closed off, covered patio area. Nice string lights, gated, lots of plants and its fairly private. There are a few stores in the area for snacks, fruits, water etc.... It's totally worth the price and I have no complaints. I highly recommend booking this place. Clean, No bugs, Quiet, Easy to get around, Affordable, Hosts speak English. 😃
