Condo vacation rentals in Alfredo V. Bonfil

We had a fantastic time at Andrea's place. Check-in was well explained and super easy. We hired a car and the automatic key-fob meant we had secure parking with an automatic gate - both reassuring and easy. We catered most nights and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony was a super plus - it's located on the corner which meant we got the sun all day unlike some of the other apartments in the block. Andrea responded really quickly to any enquiries we had and was helpful in suggesting places we might want to visit. She also left a nice like welcome drink and nibbles for us upon our arrival.

Nice, modern condo in a safe area with security. Susan was a great host, communicated efficiently :) AC in all areas of the condo was a plus, especially out in Cancun.

Condo Mar at Casa Bonita was exactly what we needed/wanted for our Mexico vacation. The condo was comfortable, spacious and had wonderful views. We found the beds to be very comfortable (firm) and the air conditioning worked great. The staff at the complex were amazing and always available if we needed something. They provided drinking water and toilet paper the entire week, which we’d never experienced in any other Isla rental. It was charming and lovely all around.

Great location! Home was clean and had beautiful views of the ocean. We had a great time in Cancun and this home was perfect for our family of five. Hosts were very communicative and always responded when reaching out to them. We recommend this beautiful home for families.

I only have good things to say about Rosie and David. They are excellent hosts, always attentive to what we needed. They gave us many recommendations of things to do in Cancun. Everything is super clean and with a beautiful view. We love this place very much. We are already planning to return next year. It was definitely a wonderful few days. My family and I really enjoyed the condo. My daughters loved the pool and the beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mariela’s place. Her and Lucy were so kind and helpful. We will definitely come back if we have the opportunity to do so!

Having overcome the far way, my children and I made sure that it is extremely 🥰 - fantastic sea and beach. The apartment is located in a comfortable complex - similar to a hotel, a clean area that is constantly taken care of and guarded, a private swimming pool and direct access to the beach, there is a cafe where you can have a snack. The apartment was clean, fully equipped for a comfortable stay, equipped with towels, detergents and personal care products, comfortable furniture, air conditioning and a large TV, necessary utensils and a refrigerator with ice generation. Therefore, it was very pleasant and comfortable to relax in Paulina's apartment, who constantly contacted us, quickly and kindly resolved all our requests and requests. There is a road on the side of the complex with a good connection to the center of Cancun, which was convenient, but at night it is quite noisy. In the end, we managed to have a great two weeks in the Cabribe house in Paulina! Thank you and would recommend to anyone!

Diego’s place was great! We loved Oleo and the services. The resort and all inclusive purchase really was what we needed. We can see ourselves booking this space again.

This was the BEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! This place had everything we needed, and it was easy to walk to restaurants, the mall, the park, etc. very short uber ride to beaches in the hotel zone. The pool was great, and the atmosphere was overall peaceful and quiet. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The place is well located! Everything is walkable, there is a grocery store nearby, pharmacy and everything you need. You can cook easily, do some laundry and enjoy the sun by the pool. The beach and the hotel zone are like 20 minutes away by car. For all the men out there; there is a wonderful barbershop in the little shopping center called El Taller! Just give it a try!! If you like street food, you will be pleased at night! The best Al Pastor is at Taqueria El Paisa! Thank you for having our family!

We loved Mauricio's accommodation, it was a large apartment, spacious, very nice, organized and with all the amenities, you have an oxxo very close where you can buy things and you can easily walk to the park of the palapas where you can find gastronomy and culture. The elevator was bad, so you had to climb the 4 floors by stairs, it was in a quiet area, you don't hear too much noise. Overall it was excellent, I would definitely stay at this place again. Many thanks to Alejandro for being attentive and for all the directions.

Veronica was so very responsive and supportive on all levels. Place extremely clean and simple elegance. Loved the patio. Staff from gated entrance to building entry so kind and helpful. Would gladly return.

This place was across La Isla shopping. The beach was beautiful the air bnb was clean. Every time I needed something she was fast at getting back to me. Wish there was a laundry mat near by to wash. I would definitely rent this place out again!

Very quiet and clean, I liked it

We really liked the accommodation because the rooms are very spacious, the beds are large and the mattresses are good. The entire place was tidy and clean. It doesn't seem to be shared with anyone else. Luigi is very friendly and always answered our messages. I'd like to stay here again with my family. It is also perfect for people with reduced mobility or who cannot climb stairs. I highly recommend staying here.

My favorite place for both short-term and long-term stays. The host is amazing, and I always felt like I was at home. It offers easy access to everything Cancun has to offer, is safe and secure, and is definitely my top choice for my next visit to Cancun.

Had an enjoyable stay at Regina’s apartment. Teenagers loved the pool, very refreshing after a full day of shopping…large las Americas mall is 7mins walk from the apartment, very handy for the wife & daughters. There’s also a Starbucks and seven11 within walking distance (10mins). Also caught a taxi to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal, which was $mxn250 one way from the apartment, well worth a visit especially Playa Norte beach…wow. The apartment was very clean and tidy, no real issues. Regina was easy to contact. Would recommend staying here, especially for families as it’s very safe and quiet. Security were very helpful especially with organising taxis🙂.

Adrian and Yus were such great hosts. Adrian is the primary contact and he responded to me quickly day or night, even after 10 PM many times. When ordering food delivery the security gate requires notice, otherwise the delivery driver cannot enter. So just be aware you'll have to alert Adrian prior to making food deliveries. I always tried to let him know a half hour to an hour ahead of time. The space was small but sweet, I loved the balcony and used it daily to watch the sunset. The neighborhood is very quiet, road noise, just the chatter of pups in the area. The 4th floor has the best view but of course the most stairs. I brought up 6 suitcases and a backpack, and lots of water, it was a chore at first but after a few days I was very used to it. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Water pressure in the shower is totally fine, takes a minute or two to get really warm but it never bothered me. The sink and laundry water was slower, but no big deal. I would recommend this Airbnb :)

Enrique’s place is just as listed! We thought it was the perfect location for our itinerary. It is definitely a busy location, you can hear the music from the clubs next door so if you’re looking for a peaceful quiet location this is probably not the place for you. We loved waking up to the sunrise views from the balcony. There was a 7/11 just outside of the gate, very convenient for a late night snack run! Taxis are available at all times of the day at the gate. Private beach access was a plus, but it does get a bit crowded during the day.
