Monthly Rentals in Alfold

Stayed at Janet’s prior to a long haul flight breaking up the journey. The old stable was a perfect venue clean,comfortable and well appointed. Both Janet and Anthony were very welcoming. Lovely peaceful walk to the church and along the country lanes.Proof that small things really do come in good packages! Thank you both Cath and Adrian

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.

Vicky was friendly and helpful during our communications and responded quickly to any questions asked. Adam met us on arrival and went through everything, very friendly and informative. They had left us a few treats on arrival, wine, cookies and farm fresh eggs! The lodge itself was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Plenty of character and everything you need for a relaxing break. The hot tub was a real bonus, not overlooked at all with lovely scenery all around. We did very little(which was the plan) except enjoying the surroundings and walking, which you can do plenty of from this location. Well worth the money and would strongly recommend if you want somewhere peaceful to unwind.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Penny’s cottage. The place was spotless, very well equipped, and set in the most beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed every moment of our time there. Penny is an amazing host – she gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. The cottage is private and peaceful, with a fantastic view of the garden. Waking up to the sound of birds in the woods each morning was such a treat. We’re already looking forward to coming back.
