I was in the area to visit friends. I did not spend much time at the house but wish I had been able to. It was very clean and dog friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay here was wonderful! The house was beautiful and well appointed. They literally thought of everything. It felt like walking into home. The location was so serene and peaceful! We highly recommend!

We spent a long weekend here to enjoy the Thousand Islands area. The house is well situated for that. The house was clean and had all the conveniences of home. We loved it!

Second time we have stayed here. Both were fantastic! Beautiful home, plenty of space, calm and relaxing setting.

I was taken aback at the attention to detail with the actual amenities that are available from staples in the kitchen, cooking utensils, loaded utility closets, utility drawers (flashlights, batteries, duct tape) bathroom essentials, laundry, sewing kit, lint rollers, EVERYTHING! I stayed three weeks and cooked full meals, was thrilled to have a dishwasher and dining table. I enjoyed a thoroughly comfortable stay in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Would love to stay again in the summer so I could use the grill! Thank you Dana!

The house is very nice and clean, It old farm house i belive so surrounded by farm land. I would say it was the nices place i had in my rental experience so far. We were fishing so drive toBlack River is under 20 minutes, Sandy creek is about same 25 minutesand Salmon river is just above 30 minutes. Wewere very happy with the choice we made. Thanks ,Marcel

This house is absolutely stunning!! It is fairly new, spotlessly clean, very well equipped, spacious and comfortable for family and friends. The neighborhood is quiet, walking distance to the closest mall (restaurants and supermarket) and easy drive to downtown Kingston. Several treats await the guests upon arrival, and Cam and Michelle are very responsive and accommodating hosts. Hats off to both of them, as this house is even better than home!!

Great find! Loved the ambiance and Joe is so helpful and friendly! We absolutely loved our time and will be back! There is a Keurig no drip coffee FYI.

It was great returning to Lynden's place. It was a good as we remembered. Love the off street parking and the access to the dog park. Easy to get Ubers if you don't want to drive in to town. Easy to access.

Loved this place! Location was excellent and super close to Morrison’s and Cooke’s which was great for us. My mom & I were in Kingston to visit family and friends. It was my mom’s first stay in an AirBnB and she was very impressed. She kept saying how classy the apartment was. Sol checked me in - he was super friendly and gave me excellent instructions. Apartment immaculate and had everything we needed.

We had an excellent stay. The area feels safe and within walking distance to a local park, which was helpful when walking our dog. Even though we were sharing a house, the place felt secure, safe and private. Really appreciated the coffee, tea and snacks that were provided. Highly recommend.

A beautiful and clean place, the location is as described and Ben was very helpful with check in. The area is absolutely beautiful and is a short walk to the water! Would absolutely book again with Ben and the location!

We booked this location as it is very close the Kingston hospital where my parent was getting treatments. About 6 minutes away and also very close to downtown. All in all a good stay!

This unit is in a great location. It’s walkable to all the restaurants and bars. Even so the you didn’t hear the noise from the bars late at night. Off street parking right in front of the unit is a plus! It is clean and well laid out. The pictures don’t do the size of it justice. It is so much bigger than it looks! The front porch was a nice area to be able to enjoy sights, as well the kitchen window looks right out to the river. As others have said the beds are quite firm. Overall we enjoyed our weekend stay!

We had an issue the first day with our door knob being so loose, we couldn’t open the door to get back out! So I messaged Jacqualine, and she sent me back a response immediately, and had someone there to fix it within 10 minutes! But the recast of the place was very nice! The location is Great, in walking distance to River, shopping, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and boat tour areas! And yo can see a lot of different size boats going up and down the river right out your kitchen window! We would highly recommend staying there!

Super responsive, beautiful apartment, great proximity to town.

The space was unique and extremely functional with very chic interiors. Wonderful location. Loved the front porch. Parking was easy and convenient. Would love to return!
