We usually stay at the hotel this time of year, but because they didn’t have a river view room we decided to book this charming place. So glad we did! We are thinking about booking again next year. Clean, spacious , excellent amenities and terrific view that can’t be beat!

loved our one night stay here. exactly like the pictures and Isabelle being the host, she was so kind and responsive. it was a beautiful spot and very private and quiet which was enjoyable. the room was very spacious and it was very easy to find once Isabelle gave us the instructions. it was a wonderful trip, and we hope to be back soon ☺️

Wow, what a beautiful apartment! So many details added to the character of the place. I felt welcome and safe. The place was clean, comfortable, cozy, and just plain cool! The nautical theme was unique. I would definitely stay again. Ben was easy to communicate with and responsive to messages.

Larry was a fantastic host. The space was outstanding, comfortable accommodations in ALL regards. My wife, son and I were passing through Watertown on our way to a wedding and it was the perfect space for R and R. Quiet, cozy, peaceful, and overall a beautifully maintained home. It’s very obvious he cares deeply, not only about his property but also his guests and their needs. Will definitely return if we are in the area again! Thank you Larry!

We were attending a wedding at the Barn which was only a five minute walk away. Rockport is very close by. Access to the place is very easy.

It seems too good to be true, right? The price was amazing and the house blew me away even more. Definitely was a treat staying here , this is a MUST if you’re staying in Kingston. Absolutely beautiful home and every room gives you a different sense of tranquility. Private, and peaceful. I got this Airbnb for a weekend that was meant to explore Kingston, this place was so nice, I felt guilty about leaving the home to go out and explore😂 will 100% be coming back here.

The place was beautiful, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and offered stunning views. Emily was a thoughtful host—she had arranged firewood for the fire pit and stocked the kitchen with a great selection of coffee and other essentials. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful and cozy getaway!

This is a lovely home on a quiet street. Four of us stayed here for a long-weekend birthday celebration and found it charming. We had hot weather one day and enjoyed using the large barbecue and eating in the screened pavilion. Another day was chilly, so the gas-lit woodstove was enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the furnishings were very comfy. We enjoyed the view from the sunporch, even when it was rainy. Thanks, Susan for a cozy stay!

This was the second time two friends and I spent our girls' weekend at Matthew's. Each time the house has been immaculately clean. The beds are so comfortable and it's the perfect location to stay if you want to shop. The house is just a minute or two away from all of Clayton's shops and a quick 20 minute drive to one of the best Italian restaurants ever - Wise Guys. I would definitely stay here again (and probably will!!)

Daniel was very responsive. The home was as described and was actually much larger than expected, which was nice because we were a larger group.

Suzanne's place is impeccable! Every detail was thought of by the hosts. Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and well stocked. The location is perfect. It's quiet but restaurants, shops, and river are a short walk away. While the weather was not great for most of our stay, the house was a delightful homebase for a girls trip. Would stay again without hesitation!

I don't even know where to start! This is incredible! The house is really clean! Cozy! Light! Warm! Friends work in construction business and they checked the house with a special black light!Everything is perfectly clean! This is the house i would like to rent in the future! Sara was a very nice host! Sara made check-in and check-out very easy. We had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, but Sara helped us through all of the trouble shooting and was very easy to communicate with. The place was cozy, clean and comfortable.
