Vacation rentals with beach access in Alexandria Bay

Our stay here was very pleasant. This was a first-time , last minute family visit for us, and we are already trying to figure out when we can come back. It was important to us to be in a safe and convenient location. This plase was exactly that! We were close to local shops, restaurants and easy access to multiple boat ramps and peefect parking for our boat. The place was neat, clean and comfortable! Everything was as pictured! Communication was proactive and quick with a reply. I would recommend to any of my friends or family to stay here. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the mattress was firm. I prefer a softer bed, but that is just my personal preference. The rest of my family was completely fine!

The apartment was roomy and comfortable. All the cabinets and light switches were conveniently labeled. The unit was well equipped with plenty of extra supplies, including towels, paper towels, and trash bags. All the cutlery, dinnerware, and cooking supplies were good quality. There was a fantastic blender and even a large crock pot. The king beds were very comfortable and the linens/bedding nice and cozy. I really liked the added touch of having a magnified mirror and special “makeup” wash cloths in the bath room. Both bathrooms were set up so that the toilet/ bath or shower could be closed off from the sink vanity…great for larger groups. The apartment is walking distance to most of the restaurants and bars in town an to the sightseeing boats on the St. Lawrence. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone interested in visiting Alex Bay.

Had a great time, spotless place that looked exactly like the pictures, and the view was incredible. We spend a lot of time at the river during summer months , first time in a long while that we’ve been there in the winter, the apartment was cozy and nice considering the temperatures outdoors were “cold”.

From it's enchanting exposed stone wall and rustic wood flooring to the spacious and well-maintained open concept apartment, including a comfortable king sized bed, this is a space that must be seen to appreciated. The kitchen comes well-appointed and the upscale bathroom finishes truly impress. Wonderfully hosted and operated, this is one that does not disappoint!

We loved this place! It was absolutely delightful! Ben and Jess have done an incredible job curating a fun fifties themed home. I’m amazed at how they were able to create both a space comfortable to live in, while at the same time, a place you can’t stop exploring. And I was honestly amazed at how clean it felt, considering all of the antiques! You can tell they genuinely take pride in their Airbnb. They did a fantastic job creating a full experience from the moment you walked in the door. (I won’t give any spoilers!) We would definitely love to return for another stay if we are ever in the area again.

This place had tons of character. The property owner and grounds keeper were outside when we arrived. We were able to drop off our bags earlier than check in because they were on site to notify us and answer any questions. Everything was well labelled and had clear descriptions and above and beyond ease-of-use. The only down side was that we went in early May so many things in the city and local attractions were not open for the season yet, but the accommodations themselves was delightful and a highlight of the trip!

We spent an unforgettable Thanksgiving weekend at Robert’s house. This house is more than just an accommodation, its a whole experience of slow countryside living at its best. The house is beautiful, filled with light and books. It is well lived in and has everything that you might need. We were happy to find the fully operational kitchen as we needed to cook the Thanksgiving dinner. Even though we brought a lot of cooking supplies with us, we could totally skip it - the kitchen has everything that you might need. The heating works well, we only needed to turn it on for couple hours in the evening. Robert was proactive and left us very detailed instructions. So if you hesitate whether you should book this place or not, let this review be a sign for you. Come stay at the Bell house and let your dream of a cottage in the woods cme true. Our family gathered in Watertown to have Thanksgiving with our son who lives there and is stationed at Ft. Drum. We wanted a nice place on the water where the adults could stay and the family could gather for Thanksgiving dinner. Jane's place was nice and cozy for the adults who stayed and enjoyed by all who came for dinner. Jane was responsive to any communications and helpful when we thought our stay may have to be extended due to the threat of 60+ inches of lake effect snow. We were able to check out on time and would love to return when we could truly enjoy the yard, water access, kayaks etc.

I cannot go on enough about Heather and Lisa! They were both wonderful, answering any questions immediately. Everything was EXACTLY as described. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry and provides corporate trainings for a major hotel brand to ensure the best quest experience for over 20 years I was so impressed with the attention to detail , responsiveness, and genuine effort to make the guest experience one that is truly memorable! We were here for a very special occasion with a lot moving parts and having never used air bnb before I was extremely nervous but Heather immediately put me at ease! In fact we had our heart set on another unit (!different host )in close proximity but it rented before we could confirm dates and I am SO HAPPY IT DID!!!Thank you Heather!!!

We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb rental. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host's communication was excellent, promptly answering all my questions and providing helpful information throughout my stay. I felt well taken care of and appreciated the attention to detail. I will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

This place was spacious & beautiful! The outside area & dock was perfect for all of us! The kitchen was stocked w/ many plates, pots & pans. Would definitely come back !!

Me and my family had an amazing time. We all wished we were staying for more than just the weekend. I would love to come back next summer!

I can’t express how amazing this place was. There were signs made up all around the house to answer any questions you may have. I reached out to our hosts mid stay and got a response immediately. They even reached out to give us a heads up about possible power outages (we did not lose power). But I truly appreciated them reaching out as we were out at a wedding.

Great house with open floor plan. Lots of room to congregate. Less than 30 second walk to beach. Quiet & peaceful. Updated and clean house.
