You'll enjoy a spacious 105 m2 apartment in a peaceful setting between lake and mountains, just outside Annecy. The shores of Lake Annecy can be reached in ten minutes, and the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand in less than 30 minutes. Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
