The 4 bedrooms, all equipped with double beds, will allow you to find yourself in this villa with up to 8 people without being cramped. The lake is within 10 minutes and the mountain resorts within 20 minutes

You are welcome in my Savoyard house located between Lake Annecy (5 min) and the mountains, the Aravis ski resorts (30 min). Guests can cool off in the pool and use the barbecue. Magnificent views of the mountains! My house is ideally located for water sports and winter sports, for hiking, cycling, but also for relaxing and admiring the beautiful Savoyard landscapes.
