Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The owner lives in the cottage above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other tenants or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

Thanks to its very numerous beds, it is ideal for a whole family additionnal inflated beds and hamacs availables if necessary :)

We are renting a large 32 m2 studio with independent entrance on the ground floor of our chalet. You have an unobstructed view of the mountains and enjoy peace and quiet. A large paved courtyard is available to park your vehicle (essential) and to install the garden furniture and barbecue in the summer. The land is not fenced. The ski resorts are about 20 minutes away and the beaches of Lake Annecy are a 10-minute drive away. Geneva Airport is 55 km away.

Savoyard chalet surrounded by nature, at the foot of hiking trails, in a charming village. Splendid views on the surrounding mountains from the Chalet and the terrace. Lake Annecy is 8 minutes away by car (Menthon beach), the entrance to Annecy is 12 minutes away. The resorts of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand are about 20 minutes away by car. The Dents de Lanfon and their famous climbing routes are visible from the Chalet and accessible by hiking.

Pleasant 2-bedroom for 2 to 4 people

Furnished 3* located in the heart of the hamlet of Ramponnet, in the municipality of Menthon Saint Bernard, 15 minutes from the village center on foot. The 60 m2 accommodation has a separate entrance, a first level with living room and kitchen; upstairs 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. One bedroom with a double bed and desk, the second with two single beds. A garden with 2 lounge chairs. Bike storage and shared laundry with another place.

You will enjoy our Villa and its garden with its heated swimming pool and a breathtaking view of the mountains that you will find in the 4 large bedrooms of the house (complete with 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs). You will enjoy having breakfast on the terrace with the sunrise over the Parmelan mountains. Our villa is located in the village of Argonay, 10’ from Annecy and its lake, 25’ from ski resorts such as La Clusaz as well as Geneva airport.

Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.
