We are renting a large 32 m2 studio with independent entrance on the ground floor of our chalet. You have an unobstructed view of the mountains and enjoy peace and quiet. A large paved courtyard is available to park your vehicle (essential) and to install the garden furniture and barbecue in the summer. The land is not fenced. The ski resorts are about 20 minutes away and the beaches of Lake Annecy are a 10-minute drive away. Geneva Airport is 55 km away.

The Dents de Lanfon and their famous climbing routes are visible from the Chalet and accessible by hiking.

One bedroom with a double bed and desk, the second with two single beds. A garden with 2 lounge chairs. Bike storage and shared laundry with another place.
