Monthly Rentals in Alerce

The welcome was very warm, Viviana showed us her interest in that we are comfortable being attentive to our needs. The house is very beautiful and very well equipped (from toiletries to lava, grill and hairdryer). As for the sector, it is very safe and quiet, surrounded by nature, we were really able to rest as a family and is a 5-minute drive from downtown Puerto Varas. I definitely recommend it 1000% and will be back some day.

Very good location, close to shops, restaurants and the waterfront, with parking inside the house and a perfect garden for my dog. There were no surprises, what we saw in the photos and in the description was what we found, it had everything just right and necessary. Thank you for everything!

It really was one of the best stays I've had in Chile, surrounded by plants, cats and a dog. Claudia is super friendly and helpful, always in a good mood. He shared some homemade dishes and lots of fresh fruit from the field. The place had a wood stove for cold days and was quite cozy. Thanks again Claudia!
