Imagine staying in a renovated 19th century windmill, immersing yourself in the peaceful forest surroundings. Nested on top of a forested hill, the windmill location allows you to enjoy the adjacent trails and bathe in nature and also explore some of the best Silver coast beaches, only a few min away. Explore Nazaré, a quaint fisherman's town, known for the biggest waves in the world, the picturesque port town of Sao Martinho and the medieval village of Óbidos, all only a few minutes away.

Tomar Old Town House

Welcome to Tomar Old Town House located in the center of the Medieval Town of Tomar at 1 minute walking from the main square - Praça Gualdim Paes - and only a few minutes driving to the Convent of Christ classified as UNESCO World Heritage and Tomar Castle. Amazing house with private courtyard, fully furnished for relax moments and 3 confortable rooms, with one master suite with 25 m2. We work with a Water Ski/ Wakeboard Academy in Castelo do Bode Dam with special prices for our guests.

Located in Coz, the old village of the coutos of Alcobaça, in Casa Santa Rita, you can experience the tranquility of country life, with all the comforts of today. Between the Serra dos Candeeiros and the Atlantic Ocean, it is centrally located to tourist attractions on the West coast, such as: Alcobaça Monastery, Batalha Monastery, Mira de Aire caves, Óbidos, Fátima and the excellent beaches of Nazaré, Paredes de Vitoria, S. Martinho do Porto. At Casa Santa Rita, you have complete privacy.

Maison Oliveira was created with families, friends, guests, small pets in mind and is accessible for people with reduced mobility. On the ground floor, there is 1 bathroom with a shower cabin, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a smart TV and a bedroom with a 160*200 cm bed. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed 160*200cm and 180*200cm and a bathroom with a shower cabin. It has a terrace, balconies and parking in front of the house. It has Wi-Fi.

Casa da Eira is named after the ancient eira — a circular threshing floor that forms its private terrace, where you can watch the sun set over the hills of Portugal and feel the silence settle around you. Built using hempcrete by local architects and craftsmen, the house stays naturally cool in summer and warm in winter. The thick walls absorb the heat of the day and release it slowly, creating a constant, comfortable temperature. This is sustainable living that works.

The Blue Garden

Rustic house ("open space", T0), cozy, with shared pool and barbecue. Great for enjoying the outdoors and relaxing in the beauty of our garden. Enjoy a unique moment in tranquility. Adega dos Avós - Entire house

Adega dos Avós, built in 1962 by grandfather Francisco, served for decades to store wine, cereals and potatoes. In 2023, we decided to give it a new life, transforming it into a cozy house with 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, toilet and a leisure area. Maintaining its original charm, it now offers comfort and modernity. Located in the rural heart of Alcobaça, it is the perfect getaway to breathe fresh air and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscapes.
