House in a very quiet environment with access to beaches and amenities in 15 minutes. the terrace and its pool are beautiful and appreciable spaces. Hamid and Tara are very kind and caring.

Was a great hose with great hosts

We stayed at Casa Rosaria for a week and really enjoyed it. We used it as a base to explore the region and many places of interest were 30-40 minutes away in various different directions. The renovation was beautifully done and the space looks like it's straight out of the pages of a design magazine. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with everything we needed. Sarah and Steve were friendly and knowledgeable hosts and we highly recommend Casa Rosaria at Chumbaria.

We stayed at Leonor's litte house for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is situated beautifully in nature and is a great place to explore the area from. The house is small but has what you need with 2 person's. We also enjoyed the frequent visit of Leonor's father's dogs! Perfect place to relax!

We had a great stay in extremely comfortable surroundings. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Fabulous swimming pool! Exiting the property a bit hazardous by car. The property is on a very busy main road and is a lorry route, you need two people to exit, one in the street as traffic flies by! A mirror situated so that you can see what is coming would be extremely helpful. The road is noisy but did not penetrate the house too much. Most shops, restaurants, etc are a short drive away. There is nowhere close enough on foot. Beds are comfortable but bed linen and towels are a little old and tired, they could do with replacing. Contacting the host during the week was problematical. Phone rings 3 times then changes to engaged tone. On one occasion all the electricity cut out, fortunately we were able to find the trip switches. We were aware that in an emergency we could not make immediate contact, a bit worrying. A minor point but as a party of 7, two sets of keys would have been helpful.

Maria do Carmo is an excellent host. He responds quickly, makes a point of providing suggestions and care to make the tour experience unforgettable. Your home is a charming place, of transcendental beauty because the view of the sea and the contact with the atmosphere of the village is unforgettable. The cleanliness and organization of the house is perfect. The house is located in a beautiful and completely renovated village and the neighbors (local Portuguese) are attentive and kind to tourists. The energy of this house and its location are perfect. An amazing place to enjoy the beauty of Peniche. UNFORGETTABLE. A thousand stars Thanks, Maria do Carmo! We will never forget the good times we spent at your home with the best terrace in the region (facing the sea).

Highly recommend! Cozy furnished and excellently equipped accommodation – in addition, in a great, very quiet location with beautiful excursion possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Communication with David and Stijn was smooth and very friendly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We would highly recommend this rental. Beautiful views, spacious, comfortable beds, washer (& dryer!), clean. Host had wonderful recommendations and was quick to respond to all messages.

We had some issues in the check in, our host mistake the dates and didn’t gave us the code to get into de building but everything was solve in an hour. It’s amazing place, big , comfortable, clean in a quiet location. The kitchen is very well equipped. It’s just a shame, not be able to use the swimming pool.

The apartment is large and well clean, and is in line with the listing description. Check-in is quiet, and it is very easy to park on the street (there are many public spaces around the apartment. Catarina served us well, responding quickly when we contacted her.

Great stay in a unique apartment with a very nice atmosphere. Although we didn’t meet the hosts in person, we still felt completely looked after and very welcome.

The apartment was beyond our expectations! We loved everything: large balcony with views and location close to everything (minutes from the beach!). If you want to visit Nazaré, this is the apartment for you. Only downside: Bed a little hard, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Very pleasant and clean accommodation. Close to beach and pedestrian street. Very well-equipped. The only downside is the neighborhood if you're unlucky (speaking loudly etc). And possible improvement, put a curtain in front of the entrance door that hides the door because there is far too much light early in the morning. Otherwise I would 100% recommend it, I'll be back.

Fantastic location for ease of getting around. We came in by bus and it was an easy 15 minute walk. It is a lively area. That is a drawback at 3 am. However, the windows seal well and the noise is not bad, as we are a block from the waterfront bars.

The stay was very nice! We used the gym and the pool. The communication was great. We recommend the place!

The stay was great, the place is close to the beach and as a coffee underneath. In my opinion the coffee was a little expensive and without too many options, another note is that if you wanna go there you'll definitely need to take your car. The space and now speaking of the overall apartment was great, it was clean and organized had the basic things that one needs but personally didn't explore too much that part since we took everything we needed ourselves.

Kristof and Frederik are two very friendly and uncomplicated hosts and have furnished their apartment with a lot of taste, foresight and expertise. The high-quality mattresses, the exterior roller shutters and the technically flawless appliances are to be highlighted. Additional kitchen knives were delivered immediately. Even unusual amenities were thought of: dehumidifiers in the wardrobes, which can be very helpful in the humid sea climate, and a small selection of wines. Thank you so much for everything!

Was very happy with the place. Communication with Sylvia and Rafaela worked quickly and smoothly, looked exactly like the photos, was very clean and it had everything you needed. I was very pleased with the welcome gift! Really lovingly put together and I didn't expect it. Should I come to Peniche again, I would book the accommodation again!

This was our best experience renting for our honeymoon. We will definitely be back because of the interactions had with Rickard and Lana. From the beginning they called and talked to us about best places to surf, resturants, etc. They let us know exactly what to expect. We had to reschedule due to a family emergency and they accommodated us no question and helped make it an easy process. Once we got to the airport they helped instruct us how to get to the place. Upon arrival the place was exactly what was pictured and pristine. It was perfect for us with the best view in Baleal. We got to watch the sunset over the ocean from our balcony! Rickard and Lana were available to answer any questions promptly! They are considered super DUPER hosts in my eyes. 100 out of 10! We will be back!

This apartment is simply a gem! Comfortable, modern, cosy - supplied with everything you might need even for a long stay. One of the advantages for me was heating option, as during time of my stay it wasn't warm outside. The location is perfect - quiet beautiful neighbourhood + nice views. Supermarkets are in walkable distance. Also you can hear the sound of waves during night, even with closed windows. And waking up to a view of the ocean from your window - it's something I could trade my soul for 😅 I definitely want to come back again and stay longer next time. Also very fast and pleasant communication with the hosts - I appreciate that. Overall, book this place with no hesitation, I'm 100% sure you'll enjoy your stay.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment and found the surroundings perfect! The accommodation had everything we needed and was fresh and clean. It’s a perfect location for Peniche and other little towns nearby. The view over the ocean was special and the noise of the sea was very therapeutic 🙂. We would definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay at Julia’s place! The view alone is worth the stay. It’s very quiet, comfortable and just up the street from old town. Great restaurants and coffee and beaches within walking distance. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Ericeira this is the place!
