Beachfront vacation rentals in Alcobaça

This is a beautiful and quiet place. The house was spacious and comfortable and I could feel the host's touches everywhere. Above all, during a large power outage, Lydia said that she was worried about our safety and came to us. Even though we couldn't meet because we were out and about, that alone was a great comfort for us who were embarrassed. Thanks to you, I had a good stay.

Our stay was great! Clean, organized environment, everything very complete! Close to the beach and restaurants and bars. The only drawback was the access, it is on the 2nd floor, steep stairs that were not mentioned. As we were with elderly people and heavy suitcases, it was a bit difficult. But despite that, it was really worth it!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Bruno’s apartment! Communication was seamless — Bruno was responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The location is perfect: quiet, central, and close to everything you might need. Just a heads-up for fellow travelers: the beds are closer in size to what would be considered a “twin” in North America. They're a bit tight for two adults, especially if you're on the taller or broader side. Thankfully, there were two bedrooms with separate beds, which worked great for us. The shower is also on the smaller side, so if you're over 1.80 m (around 5’11”), it might feel a bit snug — though that’s more about our size than the apartment itself. All in all, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks so much, Bruno!

Sandra is lovely, very welcoming and always available to answer questions. Her Airbnb is immaculate, in an excellent location, and well appointed. Note that the neighbourhood is very authentic including extremely narrow streets which made driving and parking somewhat exhilarating at times. Would highly recommend this place.

Apartment 2 steps from the waterfront, bars, restaurants, not far from the funicular that drops you off on the heights of the north beach (surf). Ideally located rental. Of course we recommend this 2-level accommodation, 👍🏼

This was our second stay at this property, and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The views are breathtaking, the space is clean, inviting, and well equipped. Ana and Richard are always easy to reach and great to communicate with. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

Just an incredible stay in a beautiful area. The apartment made is so easy to relax - whether you want to stay on the terrace and enjoy the sun and the views, or take a short walk into town and enjoy the offerings there. This is probably the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in an Airbnb. There are two small stores just three blocks away for the basics (including wine, of course) and large grocery stores a 20 minute walk - or 5 minute drive away - for all other needs. Prompt, courteous and easy-to-follow communication from the owners. Will definitely return.

Very nice clean apartment, quiet and close to the beach. Nélia's husband also provided us with a high chair for babies, a travel cot and a bathtub for babies. There is also a private parking, a swimming pool and a small park for children. A very nice place for a family vacation! Thank you so much!

This spacious home is within walking distance of the Nazare waves (visited in January), offering views from both the beach and the lighthouse. It's conveniently located for day trips to Lisbon and charming nearby towns. The home is in a quiet area, features scenic views, and includes most essentials for cooking. Note that the beds are quite firm, so consider bringing a sleeping pad if you prefer softer support. The host was friendly and provided helpful information about the area and the property.

Amazing location and stay, especially for families. Ricardo and Helene are exceptional hosts and spar no details both with local recommendations and how they have thoughtfully furnished their home. The local beach is truly just a short walk and the cove is great for young kids. Highly recommend.

This was our best experience renting for our honeymoon. We will definitely be back because of the interactions had with Rickard and Lana. From the beginning they called and talked to us about best places to surf, resturants, etc. They let us know exactly what to expect. We had to reschedule due to a family emergency and they accommodated us no question and helped make it an easy process. Once we got to the airport they helped instruct us how to get to the place. Upon arrival the place was exactly what was pictured and pristine. It was perfect for us with the best view in Baleal. We got to watch the sunset over the ocean from our balcony! Rickard and Lana were available to answer any questions promptly! They are considered super DUPER hosts in my eyes. 100 out of 10! We will be back!

Everything was amazing! The location was perfect, literally a two minute walk to the beach if that. A great stay, would definitely recommend!

The pretty decor and feel of the apartment was very cozy and warm. Loved the automatic blinds that made the room dark for sleeping at night. The room was quiet too. We had a very nice stay.

We loved Fabio's suite, compact but had everything we needed and great kitchen for cooking. Very close to everything, we walked everywhere. Parking was a bit of an issue as it often is in busy beach towns. Fabio gave us some recommendations for parking but all were full so we had to park over a kilometre away and walk back. Good thing is that you can usually find a close spot to unload your stuff, then park the car and walk back. It was a good way to get to know Nazare and we did find a spot close by later on. I think it's luck of the draw but be prepared that you may need to walk a. bit! Other than the pArking difficulty in Porto, it's a great place to spend a few days.

Emanuel was a great goat the place seemed brand new and five minutes walk to the beach. We had an issue with our key on the second night and he responded within a few minutes despite the late hour. Shower was excellent rooms excellent and kitchen very well equipped. He even brought me extra coffee capsules and which impressed this coffee fiend no end. We will return to beautiful Nazare and stay again with him!

A real treasure in Nazaré. Excellent location, simple and modern house. Many restaurants nearby, lots to visit and get to know without needing a car!

We spent three glorious days in Nazare. Argentina's apartment is beautifully located, immaculately clean, well appointed, with a jaw dropping view of the ocean. We did not have a car, and completely happy to walk, explore, shop, and eat in the many significant places to experience. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay for any visitor who wants to immerse themselves in the culture of this gorgeous town.

We were with two couples in this apartment which is very spacious inside and out and we enjoyed this accommodation very much from the beginning you can't think of anything crazy or it was present the view is very beautiful and the elevator was very easy because we had the top apartment and we would actually like to write a not so good review because then we would have a better chance to take this apartment again and it would not be fully booked because we will definitely take this apartment again.
