Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in a paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village with a short walk to the neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in the pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). Fast WiFi for working.

The farmhouse is ideally located near an authentic Spanish village in the Alpujarras mountains, 28 km from Almeria (beaches) and 25 km from the Tabernas desert. The spacious apartment is fully self contained with a king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette and terrace. A Large Pool,Table-Tennis and Petanca are on the property.

El apartamento está situado en el mismo centro de la acogedora y tranquila ciudad de Almerimar, está situado en una de las bahías del pintoresco puerto. Todo lo que necesitas está cerca: a 50 métros del mar y 200 metros de un supermercado, а 5 min de la playa y abajo hay unos buenos restaurantes. Los apartamentos han sido recientemente renovados y equipados con todo lo que hará que su estancia sea cómoda. Y la vista desde la terraza al parque y al mar te dará buen humor y ganas de volver.

Es una casa tradicional situada en el borde del pueblo con vistas a los picos más altos de la península, el Mulhacén 3482 y el Veleta. Ojo con su capacidad de movilidad pues hay muchas cuestas en el pueblo y escaleras en la casa .Durante verano en la ¨terraza¨ puede haber moscas y olores a ganado pues hay una cabreriza cerca. Puede aparcar o usar para carga y descarga el pequeño parking de las Espeñuelas que se queda a 15 mts de la casa pero primero asegurarse que pueden conducir .

El mayor atractivo de la casa es su situación, con unas vistas impresionantes al Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada y al embalse de Canales. Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de Granada y la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, solo a media hora conduciendo. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 30€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.
