The apartment is located in the most charming residential complex of the expansion area of the city of Murcia and strategically connected with the city center thanks to the tram. As soon as you open the door you will feel the peace that this space transmits. The lighting and decorations have been meticulously chosen to make you feel better than at home. On entering, on one side you will be greeted by the office area that does the kitchen function and on the other side the bathroom. Moving forward we will reach the night area, with a double bed with large storage canapé and dressing space at the foot of it. At all times you can isolate this night area from the rest of the rooms with the two sliding walls that will close the space to maximize your rest. A little later we will reach the rest/work area, connected to the terrace with a floor to ceiling and wall to wall window, which have both privacy and blackout mats to prevent the entrance of light and do the night. Before leaving we will find the desk more than 2 meters in length and a sofa with chaise-longue that will catch you. Once on the terrace, the table with two chairs will become your favorite area for breakfast or dinner with the city illuminated in the background. This apartment comes with everything you need to stay a few days or several months: - bedding - towels - plug-in glass-ceramic stove, so you can store it when not in use and save space. - pots, pans & cooking utensils - full dinnerware - hidden smoke extractor. - air fryer - Microwave - Nespresso coffee maker (capsules included) - Toaster - oil, salt and pepper - Washers and dryers (communal) The service has a cost of €2 per wash and €3 per drying. For stays over 15 days, water and electricity would be charged as “additional service”.
