With all amenities: Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, air conditioning and underfloor heating, and mosquito nets. Private parking under the house and bike storage (upon request) in the locked basement. The area is quiet but convenient for everything without a car. There is a fountain with fresh spring water 50 meters away.

Cycling within a few meters, numerous excursion options, 10 minutes from Chiavenna, 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna ski area.
