Kim is de perfecte gastvrouw: vriendelijk, behulpzaam en verzorgend. Bij aankomst was onze koelkast gevuld zodat we zelfs in de avond nog wat konden eten en voor het ontbijt spullen hadden. Zo fijn! Alles was werkelijk super schoon en netjes en zoals op de foto’s. Heel fijn dat alles aanwezig is om zelf te kunnen koken. En ook is er van alles aanwezig in de badkamer wat je mag gebruiken. Tot slot het bed: wat een heerlijk matras! Dank je wel Kim voor deze fijne dagen in jullie appartement.

We stayed at the guest house while in Charlottesville for a wedding and had a lovely stay! The home is beautiful and conveniently located. The hosts were thoughtful and kind and reached out to me a few days in advance to welcome me and see if I had any questions. They accommodated an early check in for our group which was extremely helpful. They even stocked the refridgerator with fresh fruit, bread, yogurt, cinnamon buns and orange juice for us! I would recommend this home for your stay!

We really liked Betsy's place. It was clean and very spacious - perfect for a shorter stay. We appreciated the basket of snacks waiting for us, and there was even a fresh carton of half and half for our morning coffee and tea! It was our first time staying in North Garden, and we thought the location was convenient to the places where we wanted to go - not too far from Charlottesville or the little town of Scottsville. We enjoyed checking out Polly's Folly and Potter's Cider which are a short drive away. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and the view from the rental is of a hillside - very private and safe. We enjoyed meeting Harpo - Betsy's very sweet, friendly dog! Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the fire pit, but it was available with plenty of firewood available. Instead, we enjoyed the evenings streaming shows on the very large TV in the living room. The king size bed was a plus although mattress needs replacing. We would gladly stay here again!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Mountaintime Magic, and really enjoy coming back to visit. The location is a lovely and peaceful slice of the valley just south of Charlottesville, and truly is a magic location. Rich is extremely welcoming and friendly, check-in is always easy and the area is cozy and comfortable. There are some wonderful amenities that go with the rental and a beautiful outdoor area to relax in. The highlight is for sure the location and the host, five stars all around.

I was staying in Charlottesville for work for a few days, and Drew and Pia’s place was perfect! Very comfortable and clean with lots of thoughtful touches. Drew and Pia are very friendly and accommodating but also not at all intrusive if you prefer to keep to yourself. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great place!! We really enjoyed our stay. Mary provided everything we needed...even extras. We brought some steak to grill and Mary provided a charcoal grill with charcoal so we could cook out. Sh also provided some great local hiking options. We'll definitely be back when in Charlottesville!! Thank you Mary!!

Great stay! Perfect for our family, communicative hosts and proactive. Would definitely stay again. Quiet neighborhood but close to activities around Charlottesville.

I really enjoyed this Airbnb. It was comfortable, homey, walkable to the Rivanna Trail, and about 5 minutes' drive from the downtown mall. Wi-fi worked well. Bathroom was roomy. The screened in porch was a real bonus as it allowed for extra space to feel hidden by trees, listen to birds while working. I feel it would be great for a writer's retreat.

Tanya has created a welcoming and comfortable space in a great location. The suite was immaculate and everything was in good repair. There's plenty of room to stretch out, and Tanya included lots of thoughtful details. The suite felt private and was very quiet. Parking and access are easy and convenient. The yard was a haven for both birds and travelers, offering plenty of entertainment. The location is great for those wanting to visit nearby wineries, presidential homes like Montpelier and Monticello, and the mountains. I was glad to stay at Summerfields Place and I hope to visit again.

So glad I found Mike and Shari's place for our stay! My fiancé and I needed a comfy spot for the week that would allow us both to work, easily drive to some nearby areas for our house hunt, and offer our furbaby a calm place to be a dog. It was cute, cozy, and had everything we needed (and then some, like extra dog bowls). We especially loved that Mike and Shari were such dog lovers with two of their own! The space is dog friendly, and our pup loved running around the yard for play time. Mike and Shari were excellent hosts, proactive and responsive, and a delight to chat with. We'd definitely book again when in the area. Highly recommend their place for your stay! A great spot for anyone but especially dog lovers. :)

This place was so amazing! it made u feel as if u had no worries in the world, and my husband and me went to get away before starting an aggressive chemo and radiation therapy to get rid of stage 4 cancer, so the fact we were able to forget it all and just relax was amazing! the host Gigi and Mike are just amazing people! they live on site bit weather u r looking for a hands on host or a private host they're there and killing it! they allowed us to feel like the entire place was just ours and they were just neighbors but yet always replied fast and were so sweet and informative! this air bnb is by far one of the best places we've stayed! they have something for everyone relaxing games pool hot tub sauna pool table fooseball cooking, it was just perfect! also if ur a animal lover the pups were sooo sweet! all 3 came and visited and the girl lady may gave the best loves so this place also came with dogs who give loves and are the best! thank y gigi and mike!! we will be back 😊

Comfortable place, bed is Murphy style so does have a slight dip. Was able to place a pillow there to even out spines. Would stay again.

Afsa was very responsive and the basement unit was very clean, quiet, spacious, and in a great central location.

Lovely host, great bed, neighborhood quiet and good to walk. You can jump on 250 easily with access to downtown and shopping. I could easily scoot over to pick up my granddaughter from school. Eve can share places of interest and their history.

My cousins and I spent a weekend here. The host was lovely, helpful and appreciative of our requests. There was an issue with some appliances but my host did everything she could to help us. The price was very good for a place like Charlottesville.

We stayed in "the Tavern" on this property. It was lovely and just charming! Leah was beyond responsive to my numerous questions, everything from last minute earlier check-in, to nearby clothing stores. I very much appreciated her quick replies - thank you, Leah! The accommodations were a perfect jump off point for us as we had several events at Keswick CC that we needed to attend. The weather was perfect and so we were able to walk there each day. Quick Uber trips into town and to Monticello (we didn't rent a car). Thank you for a lovely place to stay!

This was a great option for us while attending UVA graduation when all hotels in the area were crazy expensive. It was about a 10 minute, easy, drive and just what we needed for the weekend. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with coffee and snacks which we appreciated. It is the basement apt of the hosts home so we did see them over the weekend and they were very friendly and helpful.

Kimberly's place was really nice. It was comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed the nice decor and furnishings. Even though there isn't a kitchen and a bit of trouble with the very small refrigerator I would definitely stay again.

Only stayed for 1 night for a work trip, but loved that I was able to walk downtown (about 10 minutes) to eat dinner then was able to come back and relax in the hot tub!

Great stay at Julia's. Location near Barracks Road shopping and the University (a short walk by European standards). Super kitchen with everything we needed. We lost electricity one day due to high winds and she had a backup generator and we were able to use the wood stove for heating (thank you!!). Super responsive. Lovely place and area. Thank you so much!

Can’t say enough good about our experience. The place and the hosts are fantastic. Highly recommend staying here and hope it is available anytime we visit in the future. They have thought of everything and the place is perfectly located for almost anything you would want to do in C’ville.
