The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. There is wifi, a television, a kitchen with a mini-fridge, two-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker and cookware and utensils. The bathroom shower has shampoo, conditioner and body soap for guests to enjoy. There is a queen sized bed and extra linens for the queen sized pull-out sofa bed.

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.
