We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

The stay was very pleasant. We were a whole family for two days to spend Christmas Eve and everything was fine. We had a setback, which I notified Victor of and he immediately resolved it.

We loved the place. Lots of space. Very good for us. Lovely living area. Garden and pool not looked after. Very peaceful place.

The house is simple but perfectly meets the needs of a swimming pool and barbecue weekend. Communication with Ricardo has been smooth, he has given us clear instructions and helpful tips. The place is very quiet, close to Hita (whose visit is worthwhile, you can get there by walking not very long). Ideal place to disconnect from the city and prepare some good embers.

He's a lovely person... he was there to welcome us. He asked me if we needed anything... everything was great. The house is spacious, well connected, with kitchenware and things for breakfast and cooking, well lit and with many windows, with parking and a host who made sure we had everything we needed... a real treat.

the house great, much better than the photos, has a patio mogollón. We went to spend an end of the year there a group of 9 people and we were at home, we had a lot of intimacy and since there were not many houses nearby we could be inside the house with music with no problem disturbing any neighbors. Extremely comfortable beds with a lot of blankets that were super warm. Marco and his family are very friendly, we will definitely come back in summer so we can enjoy the patio and the pool

From 10 thetreated received and the communication. The house is what you see in the photos. We were 3 families with children and enjoyed it. We did BBQ and had a great time. The location is the best, to go to the warner and Toledo.

We stayed several days in Guillermo's house with my family and the experience was excellent. From the first moment, Guillermo was always attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. The house is very cozy, comfortable and perfect for rest. With lovely views and a great location. We felt very welcome and cared for throughout your stay. Everything's fine. The small room doesn't have heating, to keep in mind. As for everything else, we've had a great time.

Great private home in Madrid, perfect walking distance to many local eateries and markets. Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs!

We arrived a little before check-in time and the host made it easy for us to settle in. The house is perfect for a large group to have everything you need. It was very important to us that each family unit had a full bathroom. We were all able to park in the garage of the house, which was appreciated because although there is parking in the surrounding area, it was much more convenient to unload luggage and so on. The house is very spacious and that has allowed us to share the space both outside and inside with all the comfort. It was a very pleasant stay for the group.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Miguel’s place. It’s about a 30 min walk to the very centre but that was perfect for us as it was a gorgeous walk and meant the restaurants and cafes were much better value in the area. There were even 2 great cafes and restaurants doors away from the apartment and Miguel could not have been more responsive and accommodating

We felt incredibly comfortable with Rosario! Even before our arrival we had contact and so received the exact directions: with the metro in Madrid no problem at all!!! Location is pleasant and quiet. Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity guarantee a supply of everything. The house itself is WONDERFUL!!! Everything was exactly as described and was perfectly equipped! From shower gel to body lotion and toothpaste (and brushes), a fully equipped kitchen with EVERYTHING you need. Welcome drinks, butter, jam, milk, ham (in the fridge) and cakes and pastries (including plenty of coffee capsules); spices, olives, tuna … I can't even list everything! Excursion tips and a quick guide for all devices in the house as well as a plan of the metro! Everything there! The contact for questions was always lightning-fast and super likeable! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back!!!

I couldn’t thank the host enough. Not only were they attentive and easy to contact during our stay but upon our return they were extremely helpful in tracking down an item id left behind and happily posted it to me. They went above and beyond. 5 ⭐️

Mar was aware of everything at all times, very friendly, although we arrived later than planned did not give us any problems. Thank you! The house is just as seen in the photos, very quiet area and 5 minutes from the village. If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect and be in nature it is definitely ideal. The only "but" is that the fence of the estate needs arrangements and we could not keep the dogs loose without being aware of them, but it also did not accompany the time for them to be away from home. It was amazing! I think a 10 would fall short, Jesus and Dolores are good hosts, they let us arrive a little earlier than the time agreed in the ad, the cleanliness was great, very, very clean. The beds are super comfortable. You arrive and feel 100% disconnected. The house is the same as in the pictures. They welcomed us with a welcome basket, and they left us a beautiful gift in the room since we rented for (Valentine's Day) ♡ They are very nice, charming people who are attentive to you to make you feel at home. 100% recommended Without a doubt! We'll be back, without a second thought! ♡

We came for a weekend with friends. And we really liked Mario's house! Despite the rainy weather we were not cramped at 8 inside and we would have loved to enjoy the exteriors that are beautiful (the pool looks extra). The house was clean, the beds comfortable. It's true that we can hear neighbors' roosters in the morning, but we didn't mind. The house is in the countryside, you can expect it. Mario's instructions were very clear. Thank you so much! A little extra for the ready-to-use fireplace 😍 The small fireplace was much appreciated!

We spent one night and it was great, they were attentive at all times and made everything very easy. It's great to go with children as they have games for them, ours had a great time!

Everything was great, much more than we expected

Cute small house on the outskirts of Madrid. Was overall a very nice place. All amenities were there. Recommended if you are driving as it has easy parking compared to the city center.
