There is a lot to be said about this beautiful house but if I would have to say one thing, I would say that you are very lucky to have found it and do not miss the opportunity. The house is 5 minutes' walk to the Cathedral. It has a lot of character in its details. More than a house, it's like a mansion. On the ground floor, the private garage, you can park the car safely. The first floor is a giant room, right away the children (and my husband) get excited when watching the billiards! It's amazing! The decor counts a lot of Antonio's travel adventures - even some Chinese paintings and a boat mock-up. On the same floor is also the kitchen and terrace with BBQ, table and hammock. On the second floor there are two rooms. The wedding one is giant with a luxury dressing room, so big that I get lost. There is even a high chair. Kids love the hot tub and I love the elliptical bike. What pure luxury. Thank you very much Antonio!!

Our family of three had a great day.The house is especially clean, spacious and bright, the decoration style is cozy, elegant and stylish, although we only stayed for one day, but the living facilities are complete, if time permits, it is suitable for staying for a few more days.The location is just inside the city walls, very convenient to visit anytime day or night.The Host is very patient and meticulous. We arrived very late, and they still rushed over to receive us. Thank you very much.Recommended to stay here when you come to Avila.

Beatriz’ apartment is perfect for a stay in lovely Salamanca. The location is incredible— 5-10 mins from the main square. The apartment was well kitted out and the check in was very helpful. The only small thing to note is it is quite a loud building but the block is very friendly and quiet so this was not too much of an issue.

A spacious bedroom features a double bed with patterned bedding and two decorative green pillows. Side tables with unique lamps are placed beside the bed. Neatly rolled towels are arranged at the foot of the bed, complemented by soft natural light from nearby windows.

Jose Alberto's apartment is spacious with a sunny lr/dr, comfortable couches and a good size dining table. The kitchen is generally sizable for 2 cooks and well supplied. The sink area is tight with a column right behind it. Convenient to have dishwasher and clothes washer. Appliances seem on the new side and work well. We used two of the 3 bedrooms and found the beds very comfortably firm. The room darkening shutters made for easy sleeping. The radiators in each room are not adjustable but easy enough to open a window as needed and fans are provided. The wifi can be spotty in the main bedroom. Largely quiet neighbors at night, some 3pm music blasts a couple of times that didn't last long. Great showers- spacious, water pressure, plenty of hot water for multiple bathers. Easy keyless entry via app and very responsive host. Neighborhood has everything you need to live like a local and it's a 15 min walk to the old town and university. Would recommend!

The location of the accommodation is amazing, next to the main square. Spacious place. The only downside is that the stairs are a bit narrow to climb and there is no elevator (warned in the ad, so no problem). The building is quite old and you can hear everything, but it has enough security with the codes, so you don't have to worry about the key. To spend a few days in the city, it's perfect. In addition, they left us a small complimentary breakfast, which leads to recommending the apartment even more. For that price, it's amazing!

We loved Cristina's apartment, spectacular views from all the windows, the comfortable beds, had everything and quantity, super nice everything and care to the smallest Detail. Superlimpio. Great location close to all the monuments. Super comfortable garage in the building. She is super responsive!!! Without Duda I recommend it!!!

Jesus was very friendly and so was his mother, who let me in. The place is so very clean. Even the furniture looks brand new. I even walked to Salamanca rather than driving. The walkways are very nice. The bed was comfortable. The building is very secure. What a great deal for a family to stay here for that price. I would definitely recommend it.

I recommend this accommodation 100%; excellent location, close to shops and the main square, as well as tourist spots. Close to Salamanca train station. We really liked the apartment. We chose it for proximity to an event we had but when we had to go downtown we were able to do it without a problem walking. The cleanliness is good and the service of the owner is attentive and quick to respond. Very happy.
