Very well located in the beautiful quiet area of Bussana, easy to access and to park. Pleasant house and very nice and relaxing viewpoint on the sea. The terrace is a big plus! Thank you for your responsiveness and attention (coffee, towels, etc.) in the house:)

I had a wonderful stay at Ventimiglia . The overall experience was excellent, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. The room was spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi connection was good , and all the facilities worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any requests. The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions and easy to access. The value for money is exceptional. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from my balcony. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The accommodation was comfortable, but I did notice that the cleanliness was not as thorough as I would have liked. Thank you to the host for making my stay so enjoyable.

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

A modern, clean and well-equipped flat in a quiet location, with stunning views in a beautiful area with many attractions nearby. The hillside location makes exploring the village and grocery shopping much more convenient with a car. There is plenty of free parking on the street. Communication was quick and smooth. We can highly recommend this flat.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

My husband, our 12 year old son and I had great 12 days at this property and the surrounding area. It completely corresponds to Giulia's description. The associated parking space in an underground garage is a 5-minute walk away and was very generous to park. The location of the accommodation (very quiet yet central) was excellent for the many excursions along the coast and into the hinterland. We were able to park our bikes comfortably in the garden, which contains very nice lemon trees, a ping-pong table and chairs as well as a table to linger. The surrounding area has many caffes and restaurants. Our son has to eat gluten-free and we found right one street away an excellent pizzeria (My Dream) making an excellent gluten-free pizza. We can definitely recommend this place.

A fantastic great house for me and my four kids and two respectively where everyone could fit in comfortable and spacious bedrooms with many bathrooms. I enjoyed the view every day with the mountains in my back and the ocean in front of me. Beautiful flowers and birdsong. Tips to buy 3 or 7 days card covering the region to be able to take train or bus along the coast. We took turns having dinner and eating together at the house every evening. A lovely stay.

This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

Superb location with stunning views of the sea. Enrico is a great host, extremely helpful, friendly, always available and quick to respond. Whenever we needed he would deliver bread and croissants for breakfast. We had a fantastic holiday walking and enjoying the beautiful hills, and terraces of the Ligurian coast.

We went for 3 days and had a great time. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The house is in a quiet place. There is a swimming pool and a beautiful courtyard where you can eat outdoors and have a good time. Recommend. 😊

Excellent stay. The house is very pleasant and well located in Villefranche (quiet and close). The private location for parking is really a plus if you are driving and the garden allows for beautiful evenings! Sandra is very attentive and available: a big thank you.

We booked this place at short notice, almost on the way to Liguria. Alessandro was super accommodating to our requests when booking. On site, the accommodation is looked after by his mother, who accompanies the check-in and check-out, as well as explained everything and provided us with fresh vegetables from her garden. In addition, there were "secret tips" for excursions and restaurants. In short: highly recommended. Thank you. The property itself is very spacious with a fantastic view over the city and the sea. You have the feeling of residing in a small palazzo above the city, although it has the charm of a past time. You feel transported back to childhood. Simply magnificent. P.S. The last two hundred meters of arrival is a small adventure, as it is very steep and narrow. But all road users in the area are courteous and careful.

I highly recommend staying in this apartment. New interiors, cleanliness and order in the house, ample space, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, everything you need available. Camilla's lovely house is set in a medieval village with very attractive arched wakways giving access to the houses. Be prepared to carry your luggage a little way from your car but when you step inside you will not be disappointed. The house provides very comfortably for four people and it is very well-equipped. But it is the spacious balcony with plenty of space for outdoor meals that is the highlight of this property. There is a most wonderful view of the Mediterranean from both the balcony and the garden below, and there is a very good selection of garden furniture. It is a short drive down to the coast road giving access to beaches and the nearby coastal towns of Santo Stefano al Mare, San Remo, Imperia and others to the west and as far as Genoa in the east. Camilla was warm, friendly and helpful in her communication.

we've had a great time at the little house! the area is very private and calm with a nice view! by foot it's 20mins to the city center but totally doable! would totally recommend :-))

Very nice hosts. The place matches the listing, quietly located and at night you can hear the sound of the sea. Unfortunately, the weather did not play along during our visit, so we could not use the beautiful terrace. But we would come back any time and highly recommend it.

Umberto was the perfect mix of extremely friendly and attentive. He was considerate and responsive, but gave us enough space along the way. His place is very beautiful.
