Very nice seafront apartment, you will only have to cross the street to get to the beach. Close to many seaside restaurants and city center. Our apartment is located 10 minutes walk from Menton train station and shops, and old town. Reserved carpark in the basement. Large 50m2 apartment with living room, American kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with reading corner or single bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Well insulated with double windows and reversible air conditioning.

Cozy apartment on the third floor of a building in the historic center between the famous "budello" and the waterfront. There is a small elevator. The renovation (2021) sought to recover the spirit of an ancient Ligurian house, the furniture is cared for in detail through the careful restoration of antique furniture, belonging to the family for a long time. The windows overlook a typical alley and the roofs, but access to the beach is really immediate, just around the corner.
